Ich schlage vor, dass es möglich sein sollte eigene E-Mail HTML Vorlagen beim Senden aus DocuWare heraus zu nutzen.
Eine im Corporate Design erstellten E-Mail Vorlage kann nicht direkt mit dem Senden Befehl aus Docuware heraus genutzt werden. Es erscheint nur eine leere Nachricht.
Es muss ein Umweg über "herunterladen" und einfügen aus dem Download Ordner gegangen werden.4 votesAb 6.9 ist es möglich den Link zu einem Dokument oder einer Ergebnisliste in die Zwischenablage zu kopieren. Evtl. hilf Ihnen das ja bei dem Anwendungsfall.

Overlays in DocuWare Request wieder wahlweise angezeigt werden können
Beim Export in DW Request (6.6) ist es zurzeit nur möglich alles in PDFs zu konvertieren um z.B. Stempel zu sehen. Dies ist aber nicht gewünscht, wenn z.B. auch E-Mails in diesen Request laufen sollen. Daher ware eine Anzeige von Anmerkungen auch "im Original Format" wünschenswert.

Im Workflow Manager 2 bis n GRUPPEN MIT Mehrfach-Auswahl
Im Workflow Manager benötige ich eine Zuweisung zu 2 bis n GRUPPEN MIT Mehrfach-Auswahl für die nächste Zuständigkeit. Auf User-Ebene geht dies indem ich "User einer Gruppe" und "Mehrfach-Auswahl" erlaube.
Auf Gruppen-Ebene kann ich nur eine einzelne Gruppe auswählen, brauche aber eine Mehrfachauswahl für die nächste Zuständigkeit z.B.sind die Abteilungen Buchhaltung, Geschäftsleitung, Technik GLEICHZEITIG mit der Aufgabe betraut.
Vorschlag: Eine Gruppenliste, die wie eine Vertreterliste (aber ohne Rangfolge) definiert werden - s. Bild6 votes -
Hyperlink Page of Document in DocuWare Web Client
It would be nice to be able to link any page of a document in DocuWare web client to a website. For example, if you are attaching a tracking page from ups.com, it would be nice to click on that page and pull up the same information on ups.com.

Indexdaten von Request ändern und in das Archiv zurücksynchronisieren
Der Kunde hat auf einem Notebook ein Archiv via Request erstellt. Da er auf dem Notebook keine Internetverbindung zu dem Docuware System hat, jedoch aber Informationen eines Dokuments benötigt bzw. die Indexdaten updatet, wäre es nicht schlecht wenn man die Einträge in einem Request ändern und danach mit dem jeweiligen Archiv synchronisieren kann. Die Synchronisation sollte über eine Zeitsteuerung erfolgen.

Web basket empty or not ?
In the webclient, when you have several baskets, it's not possible to see quickly which basket is empty and which not. We have to open every one. With the old Windows Client, it was easy to see, because the symbol wasn't the same

Connect to Outlook
Bei E-Mail Ablage über Connect to Outlook sollen bei Ablage mit Option "Anhänge zuerst anzeigen" die Anhänge nach Größe sortierbar sein, und zwar der Größte zuerst. So könnte, annehmend der relevante Anhang ist die größte Datei, der relevante Anhang (das Dokument) zuerst angezeigt werden und häufig vorhandene Marketinggrafiken rückten in den Hintergrund.

Predefine workflow job that converts DWTIFF (DW5.x and DW4.x) to a new PDF format
If you are dealing with very large documents that we were in DWTIFF format and now you want to bring back to the web basket it take extremely extremely long time to convert to a new PDF format. It works but it will be better if the conversion so done in the server side so that the clients don’t have to suffer
8 votesCurrently there are no plans to have an background job which converts tiff files to PDF. Main reason is, that this could take a long time and bring high load to the Server. On the other side we know that less than 1% of “old” documents are displayed after they are archived (on average).
For all who have a use case where it makes sense to convert old tiff files please contact our Professional Services Team.

Workflow Entscheidungen nicht vergrößerbar
In der Workflow Aufgabenliste sind die Entscheidungen nicht skalierbar. Wenn die Entscheidung einen längeren Namen hat, wird dieser abgeschnitten.

Keep Entries or Store All for the Connect to Outlook Plugin
When trying to store emails with a store dialog, there is no "Keep Entries" or "Store All" that functionality would be very useful when dealing with large amounts of email.

Stempelformularfelder mit Werten aus aktuellen Index füllen
Anwendungsfall:
Stempel "Zuweisen" mit 2 Formularfeldern Mandant und Abteilung. Beide Formularfelder nutzen Auswahllisten und werden nach dem Anbringen in gleichnamige Felder geschrieben.Über diese Felder werden Aufgabenlisten gesteuert. Nun kann solch eine Zweisung fehlerhaft sein., dann kann mit einem weiteren "Zuweisen" Stempel das Dokument neu gesteurt werden. Nun wäre es schön, wenn die Stempelformularfelder auch schon mit dem jetzigen Mandaten und Abteilung vorbelegt wären. Vielleicht will man ja nur einen dieser Werte ändern.

Stempeltexte mit Werten aus aktuellen Index füllen
Ich würde ein Dokument gerne mit einem (Post)Eingangsstempel versehen, der Text solte aus dem aktuellen Index übernommen werden, z.B. der Zeitpunkt der Ablage (und nicht des Stempelns).
Das Dokument wird ohne weitere Indexinformationen in einem späteren Schritt als PDF mit Annotations einem Drittsystem übergeben.

Reihenfolge der Reiter (Briefkorb, Suchen, Listen, Aufgaben) ändern
Es sollte möglich sein, die Reihenfolge der Reiter zu ändern, da je nach Arbeitsbereich andere Funktionen wichtig sind (Scannen = Briefkörbe, Sachbearbeitung = Listen, Auskunft = Suchen)
Der Wichtigste Reiter kann so immer an der ersten Stelle stehen

Vorbereitung von Ordnerstrukturen im Windows Explorer Client
Im Windows Explorer Client sollte es möglich sein, leere Ordnerstrukturen aus dem Dateisystem zu importieren (etwa als Aktenordnung für Projektakten). Hierbei sollten leere Ordner als Datenbank-Eintrag ohne Dokument angelegt werden.

Remember the last used annotation after moving to next/previous document
In the web client when you choose an annotation such as the "Write text on overlay" it does not remember the last used annotation function after changing pages. The windows client would remember the last function and not require the user to continually click the same function over and over again. This becomes very frustrating when working on a large batch of files. Please see the attached file for a detailed walk through of the problem.

Add to 6.5 - We previously had an indicator on the tab showing how many items were in the result list.

More options in "Show User Rights" in admin tool
It would be nice to see more rights in the "Show User Rights" menu in the admin tool. Examples of desired rights would be Document Trays, Stamps, templates, assigned configurations (user/admin rights)...

Stamp Restriction
Enabling Stamp restrictions not just to file cabinet but also to certain Tasklist would allow for a work flow to stay conistant withou breaking out of the workflow process by Stamping something "Entered" for example before it should be. Such as being stamped entered before the document has been approved or verified.
