Vorbefüllen Tabellenfelder - Übernahme Vorkontierung aus z.B. ERP
Gängiges Szenario: Vorkontierung von mehr als nur eine Zeile von Tabellenfeldern in DW mit Daten aus einer externen Datenbank.
Beispiel: Eingangsrechnung wofür sämtliche Kontierungsinformationen in einer externen ERP vorhanden sind.

OCR date reading
In pharma industry, expiration dates are very important. Some suppliers only state month/year on their documents. The date is now currently read as the first day of the month (01/mm/yy), whereas it should be the last date of the month (eg 30/09/20). A setting defining which logic of date reading is in place, would be a huge benefit for pharma clients.

Cross posting from the Client forum for a customizable web/link/macro button
Posted to the client forum, but also asking here has anyone attempted to put a customizable web/link/macro button into the Docuware interface? This is for on-premise.
This would be a button bar or availability that could allow for simple customization. The specific request is a button to enter a hyperlink to an external application. All they really want is exactly that. No other integration, just open an application, and at this point not even a sub windows inside DW.1 vote -
Capitalize letters by default for especified fields
There is some fields our clients like to have it with capitalized letters by default, a little different than field masks, it would not show an error message instead it would just capitalize the letters and record to the database with capitalized letters.

Develop a simple ability to place customizable web/link/macro button in the client.
This would be a button bar or availability that could allow for simple customization. The specific request by our customer (OCDE) is a button they could set a hyperlinnk to an external application they use. All they really want is exactly that. No other integration, just open an application, and at this point not even a sub windows inside DW.

Importkonfiguration im Briefkorb
Bei den Importkonfigurationen sollte es möglich sein als überwachten Ordner auch einen Briefkorb wählen zu können
.
Damit könnte man durch die eMail Postfach Überwachung in den Briefkorb gelangte Dokumente durch eine Importkonfigation automatisch ablegen lassen.
Oder man müsste bei der eMail Überwachung eine Konfiguration für die automatische Ablage bauen können.Vielen Dank!

Dialoge und Briefkörbe verfügbar machen, ohne das User diese sieht (zentrale Ansicht über Adminrechte steuern)
Es wäre extrem hilfreich, wenn man (Admin) die zentrale Möglichkeit hat, einen Ablagedialog oder auch Briefkorb für die User "unsichtbar" zu machen, ohne das Recht der Nutzung zu nehmen.
Hierzu zwei praktische Szenarien:
Modul DocuWare Forms: der Kunde benötigt ein Formular um Stammdaten in einem Archiv anzulegen, zu ändern. Hierzu bedingt es dann der Freigabe eines Ablagedialog, welchen er dann auch im Webclient sieht, was aber nicht gewollt bzw. notwendig ist. Mit einem Public Forms lässt sich das aber nicht lösen, da man dann nicht weiß. wer das Forms abgeschickt hat und es somit auch für jeden, der den Link…
30 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Wir haben es unserer Sammlung von Ideen und Funktionen hinzugefügt und werden es weiter untersuchen. Wir können derzeit nicht genau sagen, wann diese Idee umgesetzt wird. Sobald wir weitere Informationen haben, werden wir den Status aktualisieren.

Allow the ability to group two role variables into a role list variable.
Ie.
Single Role Variables
Manager - GVMANAGER
Director - GVDIRECTORList Role Variable

Adjust parallel activity in workflow so it allows workflow to split into two separate and distinct paths
It would be helpful to have a workflow activity that splits the workflow into two branches. For example branch A could have its own activities, user assignments, notifications, etc. and then branch B could have its own activities. Once all activities in both branches were complete the paths would merge and the workflow would resume in a serial manner.

Automatic csv export for index in workflow manager
In the standard DocuWare function, there is a manual csv export on web client as the current method of csv export.
Many customers want to link CSV data to the ERP system, so they want to do this automatically instead of manually. In order to do it automatically, it is necessary to access the web service built on each customer by using the web service of workflow manager. (Programming required)
I would like to add an activity for csv export to the workflow manager to easily achieve this.

It would be very helpful if the office internal font could be added to DocuWare. In our case it would be the source sans pro font.

Donner la possibilité à l'utilisateur de détromboner un document qu'il a lui même stocké et tromboné, sans avoir à repasser le document dans son bac pour le restocker.

Den Vorgesetzten in der Benutzerverwaltung pflegen
In der Benutzerverwaltung sollte es zusätzlich die Möglichkeit geben den Vorgesetzten zu pflegen. Dieses Feld sollte im Workflow genutzt und aus dem LDAP und AD SYNC Tool (Cloud) importiert werden können.

Don't Merge attachments from an Email
If you have more then 1 attachment in an email, when uploading them to the Tray they all become 1 document in Docware. It would be nice if there was an option not to merge those attachments.

Zurück/Home Button in "Konfigurationen" (Cloud)
Das Menü "Konfigurationen" öffnet sich in einem neuen Tab.
Dort gibt es aber keinen Weg zurück in den Produktivmodus oder Link auf den "Startbildschirm", wenn das Haupttab z.B. versehentlich geschlossen wird.

Forms - Fully Data Enabled
Requesting full data interaction in Forms. For instance, fill in a key value and have other fields fill in based on that. For instance: last 4 of social pull First Name, Last Name and DOB from data and fills in those fields. I wish that were there all the time and an existing client just asked me to put in a request for it.

Install Docuware on AWS (S3) Servers
Some customers are requesting install DocuWare on AWS (S3) Servers and currently is not supported.
We will appreciate if we can perform this kind of installations on a short or medium future.

(REST)-Webservices als Quelle für Autoindex und Auswahllisten
Zugriff auf Rest (genauer OData) basierenden Webservices für Autoindex und Auswahllisten, ähnlich wie jetzt schon über SQL/ ODBC.
Viele moderne ERP/CRM Systeme sind Cloud basiert oder erlauben auch aus anderen Gründen keine direkten Zugriffe auf ihr Dateisystem.
Zudem könnte auch Docuware Online dann auch auf externe Systeme dafür zugreifen.4 votes -
Comment Marker on workflow steps
Especially during the creation of more complex and lengthy workflows, it would be good to have an option for a comment on the different workflow step-tools. Similar to the red circle with the !, there could be a little marker, showing the admin that there is a comment on that box. The comment could then be used to leave hints on what needs to be changed in future versions of the workflow.
