Filterkriterium "Ist nicht gleich" filtert nicht leere Indexwerte
Ein Kunde hat bei uns nachgefragt, ob das Verhalten vom Regeleditor, dass die "Ist nicht gleich" Bedingung nicht die leeren Indexwerte filtert, ein Fehler ist.

Wäre es aber nicht besser, wenn leere Indexfilter ebenfalls durch die "Ist nicht gleich" Bedingung gefiltert werden, anstatt dass noch die "oder ist leer" Bedingung hinzugefügt werden muss.Als konkretes Beispiel beim Kunden:
Alle Dokumente sollten ausgegeben werden, welche im Feld "Ist Interco" nicht mit "Ja" befüllt sind.
Dies würde für mich auch Dokumente implizieren, welche im Feld "Ist Interco" keinen Wert enthalten, also "Ist Interco"…2 votes -

I'd already requested wildcards in the Workflow Tasks filtering, but would like to add a new suggestion to have the standard operators work there too. Common need in large scale workflow operations.

Artikelgruppen aus Tabellenfeld in Stempel reinnehmen
Aktuell ist es nicht möglich Informationen aus dem Tabellenfeld (Kostenstellen) inkl. Betrag in den Stempel einzubeziehen. Dies ist jedoch für die Weiterverarbeitung der Rechnung wichtig. Auf dem Stempel muss die Aufteilung der Rechnung oder des Betrages auf die verschiedenen Kostenstellen ersichtlich sein.

Document Processing From Email
Document processing can scan a folder to store but it would be great if this could be intergrated to the Outlook watch folder.
I would like a folder in Outlook, ie "Invoices", to be scanned and automatically stored then document processing detect this and auto-fill and fill the fields and store the document away.
Currently like we have with the "Folder" option in Document Processing.

Add the option to select a merge form to send from the email task
When dealing with a webform with multiple merge forms, DocuWare does not have the function to select between them in order to only send one document out, and later in the workflow to add the second document to send out , lets use the following scenario , a customer needs to pay for a service , thus a invoice needs to be generated and sent out, after proof of payment was received DocuWare workflow needs to generate a receipt of payment, using the same workflow with multiple merge forms.
2 votesThank you for your idea. Right now we are focusing on other topics, so we are not considering this idea for future releases. If the demand for this topic increases, we might add it to future plans.
This seems to be more a configuration issue as this could be already done today.

Add an error message for a worflow while a document is open
Currently, When a document is open in research and it's running in a workflow, the workflow don't update the data because the document is locked. We would like to know if you can change this in a future update by adding a error message to avoid the task will be in general error or by stopping the workflow when he encounter this situation.

Workflow Dashboard for Reporting / Monitoring / Analysis
Provide a dashboard for the workflow that would allow an administrator or department manager the ability to view the status of all the documents in the workflow, see who has the document, how long they have had the document and provide the outputting of a full report on documents in the workflow with this information in a format that would allow the user to review the workflow activity to determine if there are bottlenecks, people not doing their jobs, more accurate tracking of time to process documents, etc.

Fill Table fields via DWControl files in DW Import
It would be extremely useful to be able to fill table fields via DWControl files with DocuWare Import. That way we could use third party capture solutions to extract and validate data from documents and then output to DocuWare with all the index and coding already done through the capture solution.

Integration with SharePoint Online
Many clients use Microsoft 365, formerly Office 365, including SharePoint Online. We have the requirement that documents processed in DocuWare workflows eventually be stored in SharePoint Online, to be accessed by non-DocuWare users. Storing to OneDrive may be an intermediate option.

Single Sign-on is great however it automatically add all users from AD into Docuware and assigns them a license automatically.

This process negates the AD user management feature, if they still need to assign licenses manually. Additionally I noticed that ALL AD Groups could be added to Docuware automatically, typically only a subset of AD groups are used in Docuware.

Ablagedialog filtern wie Forms
Es wäre prima, wenn man eine Ablage Dialog so einrichten könnte, dass je nachdem welches Feld wie ausgefüllt wird, bestimmte Felder ein- oder ausgeblendet werden könnten. Ähnlich wie das für Forms möglich ist.
Das ist z.B. dort notwendig, wenn man bei der Ablage entscheiden möchte, dass eine festgelegte automatische Nachindexierung in bestimmten Fällen unterbleiben soll, bzw. das Dokument wahlweise einen anderen Weg im Workflow geht.

Löschfunktion, definierte Anzahl von Versionen behalten
In den Löschregeln ist es bereits jetzt möglich einzustellen, dass die aktuelle Version des gelöschten Dokuments beibehalten werden soll. Es wäre gut, wenn man stattdessen angeben könnte, wie viele Versionen (z.B. die letzten 5) eines Dokuments man behalten will.

I have a table field that is used to keep track of therapist time with clients. I have already requested that they make the ability for the left most column to stay visible as they scroll across columns to the right but If the therapist doesn't have a scheduled session then they enter an alpha code for that day. ReplyTo E-Mail Adresse in Workflow Aktivität E-Mail definieren
In der Aktivität "E-Mail" im Workflow Designer sollte es möglich sein, die ReplyTo E-Mail Adresse zu definieren.
Hintergrund: Das System schickt die Mails über eine fest definierte E-Mail Adresse, meist eine "no reply" raus. Wenn der Empfänger darauf dennoch antwortet, landet seine Mail im Nirvana.
Besser wäre es, wenn man die ReplyTo E-Mail Adresse in der Aktivität definieren könnte.1 vote -
Abwesenheit beendet - WF sollen vom Vertreter wieder an die eigentliche Person gehen
Es wäre schön, wenn nach Beendigung der Abwesenheit die Aufgabe vom Vertreter an den eigentlichen Bearbeiter wieder übergeht. Alternativ sollte der Erste in der Abwesenheitsregel auf die während der Vertretung angefallenen Aufgaben zugreifen können, damit er diese, ohne manuelles neues Zuweisen der Aufgabe, seine eigentlichen Aufgaben wieder bearbeiten kann.

Rote Markierung im Highlight Search mit Fulltext
Im Smart Search, besser gesagt im Highlight Search mit Fulltext fehlt momentan die rote Markierung mit der gesagt wird wo auf dem Dokument der Begriff gefunden wurde.
Dieses wäre sehr praktisch auch hier einzufügen um nachzuvollziehen woher er diesen Begriff zieht.

Datenblatt/Buchungsfahne/Allonge am Ende des workflow automatisch anhängen
Um am Ende des workflows sämtliche Entscheidungen und Daten sichtbar zu machen, wäre es hilfreich, wenn es die Möglichkeit gäbe, die Workflowhistorie als Anhang/Beiblatt/Allonge automatisch anzuhängen.
Natürlich nur optional, quasi als leten Schritt des workflows. Vorteil, im Dokument werden alle Entscheidungen und Daten sofort sichtbar, ohne die Workflowhistorie öffenen zu müssen, die teilweise mit mehreren Workflows hintereinander unübersichtlich sind.11 votes -
