Alle E-Mail-Anhänge im Viewer sehen
Ein Kunde bekommt via E-Mail Rechnungen als Anhang in einer angehängten E-Mail.
Leider wird die Rechnung, welche als Anhang in der angehängten E-Mail versendet wird, beim Ablegen in DocuWare via Connet to Outlook nicht angezeigt, sondern nur die angehängte E-Mail.Laut DocuWare wäre bis jetzt die einzige Möglichkeit, mit einer manuellen Ablage, den Anhang extra abzulegen, oder die E-Mail gesondert abzulegen.
Wunsch: Man sollte alle Anhänge im Viewer sehen.9 votes -
Make Emailing a Doc Available Without the Desktop Apps
I install a LOT of DW Desktop Apps only to get the Email a Document function. Would be great to have this made a part of the base web client experience. I would expect that there are probably some pretty good technical considerations to something like this, but would really be great. The web client is just so nice, and adding this functionality would allow a very large group of users to be fully functional with no local installs.

Right now we are focusing on other topics, so we are not considering this idea for future releases. If the demand for this topic increases, we might add it to future plans.Currently browsers do not allow to open an email application with an attachment. That´s why we need a local application to download the document and then attaching the document to the email.

Abschaltbarkeit der Welcome-Mail bei Usersynchronisation
Das Tool DocuWare User Synchronisation stellt derzeit die einzige Möglichkeit dar, Nutzer aus einem AD in Cloud-Systeme zu kopieren, um viele User automatisiert anzulegen. Dabei versucht das Tool grundsätzlich E-Mail-Benachrichtigungen zu verschicken. Diese sind von einigen unserer Kunden aus diversen Gründen unerwünscht (Testbetrieb usw). Es sollte hier analog zur manuellen Anlage eine Möglichkeit geben diese Mail abzuschalten. Beim Sync auf Onpremise-Systemen ist diese Mail darüber hinaus völlig unsinnig, da Sie dem Konzept eines Single-Sign-On (welcher auch in der Cloud zukünftig möglich werden sollte) widerspricht.

Ablagedialog: Wert für Indexierung per * suchen und auswählen
Aktuell ist das Indexieren und Suchen mittels * bei einer fixen oder externen Auswahlliste (über eine Dateiverbindung) NICHT möglich

Das Scrollen innerhalb des Dokuments sollte möglich sein, damit das Blättern mit der Maus weg fällt.

Create a way to add a DocuWare document to an existing email thread
When responding to an email, if you want to attach a DocuWare document, you have to save it onto your desktop and then attach it. Can DocuWare be configured to allow for attaching a document in a thread.

Stichwortfeld Hinweis in der Suchmaske
In der Suchmaske steht bei Stichwortfeldern der Hinweis "Neues Stichwort hinzufügen". Das macht in der Suchmaske aber keinen Sinn und führt bei unseren Kunden nur zur Verwirrung. In der Ablagemaske oder bei Index-Änderungen finde ich es ja hilfreich aber in der Suchmaske möchte man doch nichts neues hinzufügen, sondern nur bestehende Einträge suchen?
Bitte mal in den nächsten Versionen abändern, ist ja keine große Sache.1 vote -
Stamp Visibility on Document Criteria
Stamps can perform very specific actions, sometimes only appropriate for documents of certain document types, statuses or other defining criteria. Right now the stamps all show for anything in the specified File Cabinet, but would be great if we could filter when they show up based on defined index values.

Remove check box in Desktop Apps Import configuration that prevents the file from importing until the file is completely written to folder
Remove check box in desktop app folder import configuration that tells the import profile to wait to upload a file until the file is completely written to the folder. The functionality should be hard coded. I can't think of a use case where you would want to import a file that wasn't fully written to a folder.

Erweiterung der Filter in Aufgabenübersicht
In der Aufgabenübersicht sollte es die Möglichkeit geben, nicht nur nach einem bestimmten Wert zu suchen, sondern ähnlich wie z.B. auch Excel, nach "ungleichen" Werten zu suchen, um bestimmte Werte auszuschließen.

Suchoption, ob Verknüpfung besteht
In Suchdialogen sollte es die Möglichkeit geben, dass als Filter gesetzt werden kann, ob konfigurierte Verknüpfungen bei den Dokumenten vorhanden sind. Dies sollte einzeln je nach Verknüpfung überprüfbar sein.

Filteroption in Aufgabenliste als Ausschlußkriterium
Es wäre für uns hilfreich, die Filteroption in der Aufganebliste auch als Ausschlußkriterium nutzen zu können.
Beispielsweise soll nach Aktivitäten gefiltert werden, und hier alles bis auf eine bestimmte Aktivität angezeigt werden.
Perfekt wäre es natürlich die Filterkriterien kombinieren zu können (wie bei der Suche).
In unserem Fall ist es ein Bestellprozess bei dem die letzte Aktivität "Auftrag abrechnen" ist. Wenn ich die Aufträge nun nach Liefertermin sortiere habe ich die ausgelieferten, aber noch nicht abgerechneten Aufträge immer kreuz und quer in der Aufganbenliste.
Und nur deshalb den Schritt "Auftrag abrechnen" in einen separaten Workflow auszulagern, will ich auch nicht…2 votes -
Dokumente herunterladen per Workflow (Speichern unter...)
Es wäre schön wenn man in einem Workflow automatisiert eine Kopie des Dokuments in ein bestimmtes, oder noch besser per Variable definiertes Verzeichnis speichen könnte. Per Deklaration eben mit oder ohne Anmerkungen, so wie beim "normalen" Herunterladen eines Dokuments).

Infofelder im Workflowdesigner
Ich würde es gut finden, im Workflowdesigner Infofelder setzen zu können um Änderungen dokumentieren zu können, oder eine komplexere Konstellation erklären zu können, damit auch ein Kollege damit arbeiten kann ohne vorher Schritt für Schritt alles herausfinden zu müssen.
Diese Infofelder müssten eigentich nur einen erklärenden Text enthalten und frei platziert werden können.2 votes -
Have the "Document locked" message display larger and longer
Our internal department has requested that when a 2nd user attempts to open a document that another user has opened in a task list that the "Document is locked by" message window be larger and over the document image longer before it fades away (or stay until ok is clicked). They state that it is easy for a user to not see the message before it disappears as they are working on multiple monitors and multiple applications all day long.

Make the Scan/Cancel button green on scan and gold on cancel
some time the scan/cancel button can be confusing or pressed to quickly and accidently be pressed while scanning. so I thought it would be nice to change the color when it switches back to scan as a green tab....

Improve Testing and Add Unit Tests to Workflow
Allow us to create saved unit tests for the workflow system.
That way we can press a button to see if any modifications broke anything in the system.Also date manipulation is broken in the testing environment. Using VBA expressions to change a date, defaults the date to the year 0001 in testing but works fine in actual workflows.

Display number of document in document trays
Hello,
It would be very helpful if the number of documents in each trays was display in the list of the document trays (see picture).
When a user have to deal with a great number of document trays, it will help to increase his productivity.
