Für die Rechnungsprüfung wäre es eine große Erleichterung, wenn es unter Anmerkungen ein Häkchen-Symbol/-Stempel zum abhaken einzelner Rechnungspositionen gäbe. Dies würde das Prüfen langer Rechnungen sehr erleichtern. Bisher muss man da freihändig Häkchen etc. zeichnen. Wie schon von anderen Usern gewünscht, wäre es zudem sinnvoll, wenn man nachvollziehen könnte, wer Anmerkungen gesetzt hat.

ConnectToOutlook ohne DesktopApps
Unser Kunde MediaBrands hatte in einer ESX-VMWare Umgebung enorme Performanceprobleme mit dem Desktop-Service. Der Kunde musste die Apps auf jede Client-Session ausrollen, weil jeder DocuWare-User die Mailarchivierung nutzen sollte, jedoch nicht die anderen Funktionen der App. Dies hat eine große Last im Cluster erzeugt, weil jeder Desktop-Service ca. 20% der zugewiesenen CPU im Leerlauf verbraucht hat. Hilfreich wäre daher eine Möglichkeit ConnectToOutlook auch ohne die Desktop-Apps verwenden zu können.

Automatische Speicherung bei einer manuellen Indexänderung
Bin auf ein Verhalten im WebClient gestoßen was ich nicht richtig finde
Wenn ein Dokument im Archiv geöffnet wird, die Datenbankeinträge ergänzt oder verändert werden, dann ein Stempel mit einer Feldänderung auf das Dokument gesetzt wird, wird der Stempel + Feldänderung, aufgrund der Einstellung "nach aufsetzten des Stempels Dokument schließen“, gespeichert. Nicht aber die Datenbankänderung. Ich würde erwarten, das eine Meldung kommt das dies Dokument verändert wurde und ob die Änderung gespeichert werden soll. Wie bei jedem anderen Programm auch.

Desktop notifications
Windows Desktop Notifications should be a thing, in the same way as E-Mail notifications are. If one has Desktop Apps installed or allowed the WebClient to send notifications, a User should be able to receive Desktop notifications in addition to Mail notifications.

Import configuration for Cloud FTP
DocuWare Cloud offers an FTP Server to use as an import source. This is very useful for small businesses who do not have on premise resources to run Desktop Apps Import 24/7. However, FTP Import does not allow dividing or indexing documents. Being able to assign a DW Import configuration to an FTP folder would be a big help to such customers.

Preload von Dokumenten bei Ablage
Bei der Ablage von Dokumenten über eine schlanke Leitung dauert das Laden des nächsten Vorschaubildes manchmal etwas länger. Die Zeit während der Bedienung des Ablagedialoges könnte für ein "Predictive Caching" des/der folgenden Dokumente genutzt werden. Damit wäre eine Produktivitätssteigerung umsetzbar.

Show where missing required field is on the form, not just at the bottom, above the Submit button
You show users that fields are required above the Submit button, but for long forms, it is often difficult for users to find that ONE field that is still required but missing.
Can we have an option to have the field area around the required field be highlighted (red border, yellow background, etc.)?

Speed Up Cloud Imports
When uploading to the Cloud, there isn't a way to prevent OCR process occurring. Only with On-Premise, is there a selection for "RUN AUTOMATIC TEXT AND BARCODE RECOGNITION ONLY IF REQUIRED". It is seen if this is not checked for On-Prem, imports are slowed. DocuWare has stated by default, Cloud always performs this task and slows the process.
Please provide the option for Cloud.

all fields capitalized
Please bring back the ability to force all fields being capitalized!
This kind of practice of removing features that users have grown to depend on, almost caused a revolt in one of tech sessions at DocuWorld.
Here's an example of what happens when changes aren't thought through completely and/or actual users aren't consulted first:
The select list consists of Townships with only the first letter capitalized. Since upgrading to 6.12 this week, the user must type exactly in the case format of the select list, or they can't store doc.
For instance, typing 'elkhart' brings up 'Elkhart' in the select…

Allow schedule of Initiial OCR & Full-text scanning
We have the ability to schedule full-text re-indexing, but not the initial full-text indexing, or the upfront OCR text shots.
When multiple documents are stored into a file cabinet at the same time, the initial OCR text-shot creation is killing performance for users. Uploading scans takes 3-5 minutes per document and sometimes times out. This is making the system unusable for the end users.
Also with workflows that are created to move multiple documents to another file cabinet, the same problem occurs. It seems that it has to recreate the text-shots and also the full-text indexing for the same documents…

Eingabefokus im Touchmodus bei Wechseln von Listeneinträgen
Arbeitet man in den Workflow-Aufgaben im Touchmodus kann man nicht mit Bildtaste rauf/runter blättern, da der Fokus IMMER auf dem ersten Feld liegt.
Vorschlag: Es sollte einen XML-Parameter geben wo die Admins einstellen können was gewünscht ist, Fokus auf der Liste oder auf dem ersten Feld.1 vote -
Add the capability to edit index entries for multiple file cabinet search results.
Use case:
1-search multiple file cabinets to produce a result list
2-edit index entries is not an option
3-repeat search using dialog for individual file cabinet
4-edit index entries is an option in this caseThe customer has asked for this capability and it would enhance the capability of the multiple file cabinet search.
Please consider adding this to a future release.

Add a feature
Add a feature to the DocuWare Administration to block access to the DocuWare system with the .NET API for particular users. Any user who has an account on DocuWare system can get access with API. I would like to have a possibility to block it.

Einschränkung des Modelspace pro Archiv und nicht pro Organisation
Guten Tag,
leider werden bei dem (lokal) installierten Intellix vorgeschlagene Begriffe archivübergreifend angezeigt.
Das ist insofern ein Datenschutzproblem, da unterschiedliche Archive auch unterschiedliche Abteilungen und/oder Firmen abbilden können.
Es ist dann nicht erwünscht, dass ein Mitarbeiter Begriffe als Vorschlag bekommt, auf die er laut Indexwertprofil keinen Zugriff hat.Besonders heikel ist das, wenn z.B. personenbezogene Daten im Personal-Archiv in Metadaten-Feldern gespeichert werden und diese Informationen dann im Ablage-Dialog eines anderen Archivs erscheinen.

Briefkörbe, Dialoge etc. Sortierung beeinflussen
Man sollte die Anzeigereihenfolge der Briefkörbe, Dialoge etc. beeinflussen können bevor jeder Benutzer sie erst manuell ändern muss. Viele wissen gar nicht wie, dann ist eine sinnvolle zentrale Vorgabe bei der Einrichtung schon hilfreich.
Man könnte dies programmiertechnisch einfach durch einen Prefix im Aliasnamen lösen der dann für die Reihenfolge verwendet und für den User ausgeblendet wird.Beispiel Sortierung Ist:

Mehrfachauswahl bei Stichwortfeldern
Es sollte möglich sein, mehrere Werte auf einmal bei Stichwortfeldern auszuwählen, um sie hinzuzufügen. Derzeit muss man, wenn man mehrere Werte hinzufügen will, jedes einzeln auswählen und hinzufügen; das ist bei vielen Werten sehr zeitaufwendig. Schöner wäre, wenn man z.B. durch Halten der STRG-Taste mehrere Werte markieren könnte und diese dann mit ‚+‘ auf einmal dem Stichwortfeld hinzufügen könnte (alternativ auch Checkboxen in der Auswahlliste, die man markieren kann).

Anzeige von tatsächlichen Zugriffsberechtigungen eines Dokuments
Derzeit ist es für einen User nicht ersichtlich, welche Benutzer tatsächlich Zugriff auf ein bestimmtes Dokument haben. Das ist sehr intransparent und gerade bei sensiblen Dokumenten kritisch.
Im Moment kann eine Prüfung nur manuell durch einen Administrator über die Auswertung der Indexprofile/Rollen/Benutzer-Zuordnung durchgeführt werden.
Schön wäre eine Funktion ‚tatsächliche Zugriffsberechtigungen anzeigen‘ z.B. im Kontextmenü mit der man eine Liste der Benutzernamen angezeigt bekäme, die aktuell aufgrund der bestehenden Indexprofile Zugriff auf das jeweilige Dokument haben. Das wäre sehr transparent und jeder User könnte sofort überprüfen, dass tatsächlich nur die Benutzer Zugriff auf das Dokument haben, denen es auch gestattet sein…

column width
Need the ability to set a default width on columns. I have a Policies and Procedures Search Dialog, which consistently displays only 18 characters of the Policy Name. I'd like to be able to set it at 50 characters.
