"Kopieren nach" auch für einzelne Dateien ermöglichen
Es wäre schön, wenn man die Möglichkeit hätte einzelne Dateien in den Basket kopieren zu können - derzeit ist das leider nur aus der Ergebnisliste für ganze Dokumente (alle Dateien) möglich - gern auch als eigenständigen Button in der Werkzeugleiste.

Im Workflow-Formularfeldern sollte man Radio Buttons und DropDown-Menüs alternativ zu Stichwort-Feldern verwenden können.

Aus einer Ergebnisliste immer das erste Dokument Senden/Anzeigen/Herunterladen/Drucken
Guten Tag,
es wäre schön, wenn man von einer Auswahl immer das erste Dokument Senden/Anzeigen/Herunterladen/Drucken könnte oder die Suche so anpassen könnte, das nur immer das erste Dokument in der Ergebnisliste erscheint.
Wir legen Eingangsrechnungen, die in einer Mail kommen, immer mit der Mail ab (Anhang zuerst), respektive klammern wir auch oft zu einer Rechnung gehörende Dokumente an eine Eingangsrechnung.
Wenn wir jetzt bei z.B. einer Betriebsprüfung alle Eingangsrechnungen herausgeben müssen, ist das ein sehr langer und mühsamer Prozess bisher, denn wir müssen alle Dokumente herunterladen, entzippen, in die einzelnen Ordner gehen und überflüssige Dateien entfernen.

Ability to type in multiple index entries to a keyword field at once
There should be a way to add multiple entries separated by a delimiter when adding entries to a keyword field. Currently you have to add them one by one hitting the + in between. This is horrible for the user when they have 50 plus entries. There are ways to do this in the background with a comma delimited load file so there should be a way to do this via the Web Client.

DocuWare Cloud: Add select list for users in specific groups.
In on-premise solutions, we can create custom queries in SQL that allow select lists to be dynamically generated to show only users in certain groups. In cloud systems, since we do not have access to the database, we cannot create these select lists. It would be great if one of the DocuWare built-in select lists was users of a group, where each group could be its own select list.

Allow Dynamic date ranges for Document Relations
Add the ability to add dynamic date ranges in Document Relations. In other words, add the ability to show documents where the store date is within the last 30 days or a custom index field like due date is within the next 30 days.

Archiv XML Import sollte nicht ohne Fehlermeldung abstürzen
Wenn man ein älteres Archiv welches mit Umlauten in einem Spaltennamen angelegt wurde per XML exportiert, wird bei einem XML Import über die Administrationsoberfläche kein neues Archiv angelegt. Es kommt kurz ein Ladekreis, der dann ohne Fehlermeldung oder weitere Aktion wieder verschwindet.
Auf meine Nachfrage beim Support wurde mir mitgeteilt, das ich dazu einen Featurewunsch erfassen sollte.3 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee.

Taschenrechner in Kontierungs-Maske
Ein Rechner in den Betrags-Feldern in "Aufteilen & Kontieren" im JobRouter wäre hilfreich. In aufzuteilenden Rechnungen könnten dann einzelne Posten aufsummiert und Steuer/Rabatte etc. berechnet werden. Leider muss dieser Schritt aktuell extern erfolgen und die Beträge manuell übertragen werden.

Be able to set a folder dialog for documents in a tray
A folder dialog is simply a method of viewing whats already there but sorting it in a pre-defined way. We can already sort a tray with very limited options so why can't we set up a folder dialog to show documents in a tray in a certain format? Or at the very least give us the capability to set our own custom filtering options.

Sort out the loading page for document trays in configurations
This is a cloud issue. We have a lot of document trays and 9/10 times when I open the document trays page in configurations it doesn't properly load requiring me to refresh several times until can finally scroll through them.
The load times for them is too slow.

Enable searches for document trays
If I scan 50 documents to my document tray and none of the sort options are suitable then I have to manually scan the tray for the document I want to find.
If I scan documents in a certain order they are imported to the tray in a random order 9.5/10 times. Using the created on or modified on filter doesn't do the job of helping me find what i'm looking for.
Printer/Import configs help give documents names to help identify instead of a printer scanner meaningless name but you should be able to search for something specific instead of…

Update the status of the cloud more frequently
The product overview page is not updated frequently enough for us. It should be updated more frequently than it currently is. We basically have to guess how much storage we are using most of the time.

Change the max limit of results to more than 10K
When doing a blank search I want to determine how many documents are in a cabinet, it maxes out at 10K and also provides different numbers every time I search.
Why does this most basic feature not already exist? Has no one else ever wondered how many docs are in a cabinet?

Direkte Anzeige von Entscheidungen bei Workflows
Bei der Bearbeitung von Workflows gibt es einen Zwischenschritt der eigentlich überflüssig ist und unnötig Zeit kostet, gerade, wenn man viele Rechnungen freigeben muss.
Nach dem Klick auf die drei Punkte kommt man nicht direkt zur Auswahl für die jeweilige Entscheidung, sondern hat erneut ein Auswahlmenü: Entscheidungen/Stempel. Erst wenn man dort dann Entscheidungen auswählt, kommt man zu dem Punkt, bei dem man tatsächlich die Entscheidung auswählen kann.

Wir haben es unserer Sammlung von Ideen und Funktionen hinzugefügt und werden es weiter untersuchen. Wir können derzeit nicht genau sagen, wann diese Idee umgesetzt wird. Sobald wir weitere Informationen haben, werden wir den Status aktualisieren. -
Recht zu suchen und Recht Ergebnislisten anzuzeigen sollte getrennt sein
Wenn man über ein Indexprofil Rechte verteilt kann man hier u. A. das Recht "Suchen" auswählen. Das beinhaltet das Suchen und die Anzeige von Ergebnislisten. Ich hätte diesen Punkt gerne getrennt um Filter einrichten zu können, bei welchen Dokumenten die User die Ergebnisliste sehen dürfen, damit sie die Einträge sehen, wenn sie Aufgaben im Workflow bekommen. Das Suchrecht sollen sie allerdings nicht erhalten.

DocuWare Desktop Apps Server Namen
In den Desktop Apps muss man den Server Namen auch händisch ändern können. Als Partner und unterschiedlichen Versionen muss man nun DW Framework und DW Workflow Manager deinstallieren und neu installieren um die Systeme zu wechseln.

Veröffentlichungen.Ich gehe davon aus, dass mit “Servername” der Server von dem DocuWare Desktop installiert wurde gemeint ist (Welcher auch als Standardverbindung eingetragen wird)
Gerade die Verbindung mit unterschiedlichen DocuWare Versionen stellt sich als problematisch dar, da ja auch eine unterschiedliche Version der Desktop Apps für eine korrekte Kommunikation notwendig ist.
Falls es weitere Anwendungsfälle gibt, welche eine Änderung der ServerNamen benötigen können Sie diese gerne als Kommentar hnzufügen.

Increase the result view limit for tray and search.
Currently only can view 100 documents, we need more , We use documents with more than 2000 sheets.

Nutzer incl. Briefkorb über AD (Active Directory) löschen
Bei der Synchronisation mit dem einem AD sollte es optional möglich sein, den Nutzer und seinen Briefkorb zu löschen, wenn der entsprechende Nutzer aus dem Active Directory entfernt wird.

Multi column select list filtered by hided fields
I set a multicolumn select list to a field and added a filter to another field that has a fixed value.
