Keep viewer open when clipping a new document
Users would like to be able to see the original document when clipping a new one. Currently the viewed document closes as soon as the tray opens for selecting a document to clip. The stored documents have a number and the new ones in the tray have that same number. All the numbers look similar, so currently behavior requires that the user memorize which number is to be selected. With many documents in the tray and frequent phone calls and interruptions they can make mistakes, which then are hard to fix because clipped documents cannot be easily edited.

Änderung an der automatischen Briefkorbanlage
Aktuell ist es in DocuWare 7 so, dass bei der automatischen Briefkorbanlage der Briefkorb immer den Namen "Inbox" bekommt, und diese auch in der DWData mit fortlaufender Nummer als Tabellen angelegt werden.
Ein Administrator tut sich so immens schwer, bei einer größeren Anzahl von Usern = Briefkörbe, einen bestimmten Briefkorb in der Administration zu finden.
Daher schlage ich vor, dass der automatisch angelegt Briefkorb den Namen des Benutzers bekommt, und wenn das in der Datenbank möglich ist, auch die Tabellen entsprechend so anlegen, dass man wenigstens beim Standardbriefkorb den Benutzer von Haus aus erkennen kann.

Restore "*Required" Field Errors Back To Webforms
Our DocuWare Cloud instance was recently upgraded to v.7. Since the upgrade, our webforms no longer display errors above the Submit button when *Required fields are incomplete.
In v.7, the descriptive language regarding fields that are incomplete (e.g. "errors") do not appear on webforms. Rather, the "Submit" button remains greyed out and cannot be clicked until the errors are corrected.
Sorry to say, without the helpful errors actually displaying on screen, our users cannot figure out why the Submit button won't light up. One of our webforms is very long and contains many *Required fields. The users simply cannot intuit…

Anmeldung mit alternativen Microsoft Windows-Konto
Guten Tag,
es wäre hilfreich, wenn man sich bei der Anmeldemaske nicht nur mit seinem eigenen, sondern auch einem alternativen Windows-Konto anmelden kann.Szenario: Es gibt einen PC, der in der Domäne ist und auf dem immer der gleiche Benutzer angemeldet ist.
Bei den Webanwendungen hingegen muss ich jeder Benutzer mit seinem eigenen ActiveDirectory-Account anmelden.
Eine Anmeldung mit dem DocuWare-Login ist allerdings leider keine Alternative.

Verarbeitung eingehender eMails im Workflow
Guten Tag,
es wäre gut, wenn DocuWare auch mit eingehenden Mails umgehen könnte, um z.B. einen Workflow fortzusetzen.
Szenario: In einem Rechnungsprüfungs-Workflow wird ein externer Bearbeiter ohne DocuWare-Login zur Prüfung ausgewählt. Dieser bekommt eine Mail mit PDF-Anhang des zu prüfenden Dokuments (Funktion bereits vorhanden) und sendet eine Antwort per Mail (z.B. OK / Abgelehnt). Die Antwort wird automatisch verarbeitet und der Workflow wird fortgesetzt.

ZUGFeRD
In DW 7 fehlt ZUGFeRD beim DocuWare Printer. Gerade im Hinblick, dass ab 2020 die digitale Rechnung Pflicht wird, ist es nicht verständlich, dass diese Funktion in DW7 nicht mehr vorhanden ist. Es ist damit auch ein wesentliches Verkaufsargument weg.

Kein Casesensitiv bei "Nur aus Auswahlliste"
Bei Version 7 ist bei Auswahllisten über Dateiverbindung die Groß- und Kleinschreibung zu beachten, d.h. Für DocuWare sind z.B. "ablage", "Ablage" und "ABLAGE" drei verschiedene Werte. Das bringt Probleme, wenn Felder manuell per Tastatureingabe gefüllt werden oder auch bei One-Klick-Indexing. Es kommt zum 500 Server Error, wenn die Groß-Kleinschreibung nicht stimmt.

Sobald Stempel gespeichert sind, können diese nicht mehr gelöscht oder verändert werden.
Solange der Stempel nach dem Anbringen noch nicht gespeichert ist, kann der Stempel auch noch verschoben oder gelöscht werden. -
Kontingentwarnung per E-Mail versenden
Aktuell ist es nicht möglich dem Kunden oder dem Partner eine automatische Info zu senden sobald das Kontingent z.B. nur noch 100 Dokumente beträgt. Hier wäre es sinnvoll wenn man entweder im Partner Portal oder in der DW Konfiguration eine Benachrichtigung aktivieren könnte damit der Kunde nicht ohne Intelligent Indexing arbeiten muss.

OR for readout and index fields in Smart Search
Add an OR option to combine readouts and their corresponding index values. That way if any of the OR'd combos were true the search would complete.
Currently we have to create a button for each match of AND'd fields. Sometimes this results in a lot of buttons and search time/user time moving through the buttons to find the match.

Add the ability read JSON response data as lists (add REST API as data connection)
It would be really nice in the age of cloud services to be able to establish data connections to REST APIs and read JSON responses into lists. Unfortunately, with many of the services that many clients use being cloud-based, they often have no access to backend database tables or views to create data connections to. Being able to hook up to generic REST APIs would solve this problem.

Make the transfer of a message to approvers of invoices an automatic feature.
Program the system in a way that once invoices are loaded the approvers receive and email. Also that once the first approver exercises his duty the invoices are automatically forwarded to the next approver.

Ability to store a Form in Document Tray or File Cabinet
Currently you can only store a Form directly into a File Cabinet with a store dialog. Need ability to store into a Document Tray as well. When storing with Import, Printer or email you have option to store document into Document Tray or File Cabinet

To help find duplicate document, i suggest that docuware creates a checksum of each stored document and provides a way to find the duplicates.

DocuWare Printer-Einstellungen erfassbar beim Drucken
Beim Drucken mit DocuWare Printer soll das Druckformat mit übergeben werden können. Wenn vorher ein Dokumente ausserhalb von DocuWare auf einen physischen Drucker im A4 quer gedruckt wird, druckt nacher DocuWare Printer auch im A4-quer-Format statt hoch und es wird nur das halbe Dokument archiviert.

Provide complete list of dialog users
In dialog configurations, the first ten directly assigned users appear when the mouse hovers over the dialog's user column. I'm looking at systems with more than 10 users in respective search and result lists but with hundreds of users in the system. I'm having a terrible time finding number 11 and greater in the lists and corresponding them. Please find a way to show all the users for a particular dialog. Thanks

Sortierung nach Datum in Ordnerstruktur
In Ordnerstrukturen sollte es möglich sein, nach Datums-Feldern, die als Dokument-Eigenschaft angezeigt werden, auf- und absteigend zu sortieren.

Smart-Connect Suche unabhängig von der Bildschirmmaske
Bisher kann man zwar bei Smart-Connect eine Suche mit einem Shortcut ausführen und dann nach einem markierten Wert suchen, allerdings ist das dann trotzdem abhängig von der Bildschirmmaske.
Bei einem markierten Wert und dem Shortcut wäre aber die Maske in der man steht völlig egal. Gut wäre es daher wenn man eine Suche ohne Maske konfigurieren könnte.
Sprich einfach Wert markieren -> Shortcut drücken und die Suche geht los. Denkbar wäre auch wenn einfach mit dem Wert in der Zwischenablage eine Suche starten würde.1 vote
