Show where missing required field is on the form, not just at the bottom, above the Submit button
You show users that fields are required above the Submit button, but for long forms, it is often difficult for users to find that ONE field that is still required but missing.
Can we have an option to have the field area around the required field be highlighted (red border, yellow background, etc.)?

Calendar Invite for workflow
We have many workflows where the process is sending the date and time of an event in an automated e-mail through workflow manager using the date / time feature. It would be wonderful if we could have the option in workflow designer to generate a calendar invite.

Es soll sichergestellt werden, dass Druckaufträge nacheinander verarbeitet und an den physikalischen Drucker weitergeleitet werden. FIFO Prinzip!

Edit Forms CSS/Javascript
Other competitors to DocuWare that offer Forms solution are graphically very customizable. DocuWare's Forms are not as robust. It would be nice to edit the graphical elements of the Forms more in-depth via CSS and/or JavaScript.

Gepackte (Zip,RAR,7z,...) im Archiv befindliche Dateien transparent öffnen können
Gerade archivierte E-Mails können unbeabsichtigt ZIP-Dateien als Anhang enthalten - da man möglichst schnell und original ablegen möchte wäre es sinnvoll, wenn gepackte Anhänge (Dateierweiterung definierbar via Administration/Dateierweiterungen) transparent aus dem Viewer öffnen könnte - derzeit bekommt man nur Metainformationen über die Zip selber angezeigt - tiefer kommt man nicht hinein, außer ich Bearbeite das Dokument - es öffnete sich Outlook, ich öffne die Zip, und in der Zip öffne ich z.B. eine PDF..)

Allow for direct File Cabinet Storage after data extraction.
We would like for automation of storing the document all the way to the file cabinet after Intelligent Indexing completes the data extraction.

DocuWare Configurations - License List
Previously in DocuWare Configurations under Product Overview, there was a listing of Licenses with the users assigned to each license and then open licenses where we could assign a new user. That section appears to have been removed now. It appears that only place we can see License information now is under User Management by going into each individual user and clicking on the Licenses tab. Is there another location where we can access a list of licensed users? If not, can an additional column be added to the Users list with a checkbox indicating if the user has a…

FIll out DocuWare Forms Fields with Query String
It would be great if you could have a user open a DocuWare form and have fields automatically filed out based on the query string of the URL. This would allow for a system to generate extra info on the DocuWare forms link to use on the form and not have to worry about the user typing that info in.
Ideally if you added an argument to the query string that matched a field name on the form it would take the value passed in the url. This seems to be common among other forms products and can be very…

allow us to control which store dialogs can be seen from a document tray
document trays are used for different things. eg. invoices coming in to one facility go into a particular document tray (from C2Mailor or from DWImport from a hotfolder linked to that facility's MFP, or users at that facility only have access to that C2O configuration, etc). Wouldn't it be great if any of those invoices could only be stored using one particular store dialog (eg. the Invoices one), even if that particular user also had access to a store dialog for contracts or other documents that never ended up in this tray? Parameter in DW Form übergeben um Felder vorab auszufüllen

ich möchte gerne einen Vorschlag zum Thema DocuWare Forms einreichen. Es geht darum, dass es möglich seine sollte Parameter im Rahmen der URL Ansprache beim Öffnen eines Formulars angeben zu können um so vorhandene Felder bereits auszufüllen.
Beispiel:
In einem Workflow wird der User über die "Link" Funktion aufgefordert ein Formular auszufüllen. Der Workflow hat vorher verschiedene bestehende Indexeinträge in Variablen gespeichert und gibt diese als Parameter im Link an (ähnlich wie bei Splitbooking damit das richtige Dokument gebucht werden kann) um den User das aufzurufende Formular bereits vorauszufüllen (z.B. mit Name, Personalnummer, etc.).Beispiel für einen solchen Link:…

Zwischenspeichern von Forms-Formularen
Derzeit ist es so, dass der Anwender bei Ausfüllen eines Forms-Webformulars nur Abbrechen oder Senden kann.
Bei sehr großen Formularen kann er nicht ZWISCHENSPEICHERN, muss also im schlimmsten Fall alles von Neuem erneut ausfüllen.
Von daher wäre es optimal, wenn der User (sollte auch ein öffentliches Formular sein können) die bereits getätigten Einträge Zwischenspeichern und das begonnene Formular zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt erneut aufrufen kann.

Auswahl welche Mail-Anhänge archivert werden soll, mit Reihenfolge
Es sollte bei Connect to Outlook möglich sein, das individuell ausgewählt werden kann welcher Anhang ( wenn eben mehrere Anhänge vorhanden sind) mit in die Archivierung fließen sollte, zudem sollte die Reihenfolge auswählbar sein. Beispiel, es kommt eine Bestellung per Mail rein, zusätzlich enthält die Mail auch noch das ursprüngliche Angebot, und evtl. noch Katalogseiten. nun muss die Sachbearbeiterin immer jede Mail durchblättern um zum eigentlichen Dokument zu gelangen, das simple Auswählen der eigentlichen Anhang reicht hier nicht, da die Mail mit dabei sein muss

Connect to Outlook: Process Downloaded Attachments through an Import Configuration
Often "standardised" documents are received in an email inbox. currently there is no seamless method to run these documents through a pre-configured import configuration to identify, split and autoindex the document. Currently Emails, Attachments and/or Emails+Attachments can only be stored in a Tray or Cabinet, thus missing the processing advantage.

thank you very much for your input. We are going to discuss and evaluate this idea.Right now – even if it is not seamless – you can already use the DocuWare Import functionality if you drag and drop Attachments/E-Mails to an Import folder or use the “Store As” function from Outlook.

Das Setzen von Abwesenheit für WF-Manager sollte durch Chefs möglich sein
Moin,
derzeit muss ein Admin im Funktionsprofil das Recht "Benutzerverwaltung" haben um die Abwesenheit anderer Mitarbeiter setzen zu können. Dafür wird meines Wissens nach zusätzlich die DW-Administration benötigt.
Dies ist ein hoher, administrativer Aufwand für die wenigen Admins, z.B. wenn Mitarbeiter erkranken.Wunsch wäre eine Abwesenheitsverwaltung (für WF-Manager) in der Web-Administration - gern auch als eigenes Recht in der Administration.
Noch wichtiger wäre eine Abhängigkeit von der Hirarchie - alle Chefs oberhalb von MA XY dürfen das - oder bis zu 5 Berechtigte darf sich ein Anwender aussuchen..24 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Add Ability to Remove Blank Pages
Would be nice to have the ability to remove blank pages from the web basket and also from the stored documents in the cabinet. This feature should be available from the task list as well.
Would also be nice to have the ability to automatically detect and remove blank pages with the import feature.

Ablagemasken je Briefkorb individuell ausblendbar
Sobald ein Benutzer mehrere Briefkörbe und mehrere Ablagemasken besitzt, werden alle Ablagemasken in jedem Briefkorb angezeigt. Es wäre nützlich, wenn man für jeden Briefkorb einstellen könnte, welche Ablagemasken dort zur Verfügung stehen.
Im Idealfall sollte sich der Benutzer für keine Ablagemaske entscheiden müssen, weil sich die zu benutzende Ablagemaske aus dem gewählten Briefkorb ergibt (alle Ablagemasken bis auf eine ausgeblendet).24 votes -
DocuWare Import Job zeitgesteuert
Ein DocuWare Import Job sollte eine Zeitsteuerung haben, damit man zeitintensive Jobs (Massenübernahme von PDF-Dateien) zu einem nicht kritischen Zeitpunkt in der Nacht durchführen kann.
Wichtige Jobs, die nur in Anwesenheit des Anwenders laufen (Übernahme von gescannten Dokumenten eines MFP) pausieren dann Nachts.24 votes
