This is already possible for Docuware Scan within Desktop Apps.
If there are additional information why the existing implementation is not sufficient, the request will be re-evaluated again

Can you give us a more detailed description of you process and the use case when using this functionality?
If you use DocuWare Desktop you can click on scanned documents to view them before uploading the document. Is there a reason why this function is not sufficient?
