Windows Explorer Client - Edit Documents
When a customer is using the Windows Explorer Client they should be able to edit the doc(as long as they have the rights) by double clicking rather than having to right click and edit.
It is very confusing that if you double click you can edit the document & save it back to the same location but this does nothing to the document within DocuWare.

+1 for this! It's counter intuitive to an end user to view the document one way (double click) and edit it another (right click -> edit). It actually goes against regular Windows convention.
