Enable clickable URLs in index fields other than text-type fields
Currently, URLs in text-type index fields can be recognized as links and clicked to open the target page.
We would like the same functionality to be available in index fields other than text-type fields, especially table-type and keyword-type fields, so that users can click URLs directly in those fields as well.
