Your idea is available with version 6.12 and hotfix pack 2018-02-01.

This is a major change that was given no reason or explanation. The whole reason its called a CSV is for the comma delimited. This has major implications on exporting result list and creating reports from it because you now have to change your delimiter on the PC itself - not just in that excel sheet.
