Automated tool to audit document arrivals from DW Cold Module
We rely on the cold module a great deal by collecting a Lot of reports from the AS400 each day.
Our enhancement request is for an automated tool to audit what new documents hit DW... to notify when a specific document that should hit DW, does not. Not looking for content accuracy, but simply looking for the 'presence of a document' to be audited, and notices given through the Notification Module when missing.
This would be an extremely beneficial tool for cold users in time savings of manual auditing of large volumes of documents.

DocuWare COLDREAD will not be developed any further but you could set up a file cabinet logging which will log all stored documents to e.g. a database table. This information can then be used to check for the documents that should be stored and find any missing documents.
