Make it possible to use In-Memory tables in MS-SQL Server
In the future(in our DocuWare now) it would be very helpful for the performance when DocuWare supports In-Memory tables for MS-SQL Server to grow up the speed an performance!
Microsoft says the performance for OLTP operations increase up to 30 to 40 times.
So this would be a nice feature for all large DocuWare Instances who have a continues growing archive.8 votesThank you for your idea. Unfortunately, due to several factors we are currently not able to plan this idea for a future version.
In memory tables are normally used for temporary data. DocuWare does not rely on temporary data much.

Add PDF option to Connect to Ricoh
Currently no matter what the scan settings on the MFP are, Connect to Ricoh sends the scanned documents to DocuWare as TIFF files. It would be very beneficial to either give the option inside Connect to Ricoh to select PDF, or allow the documents to be sent as default MFP scan settings (including PDF).

Reporting Tool
It's hard to navigate on your ticketing system (not sure if it exist). Well, I actually need help creating a report within Docuware. we are using version 5.1c (build 5.1.3.3407). Aside from using the SQL queries, is there a built-in tool to pull data from docuware and download the file in an excel format?

Please make the UserVoice remember my login credentials
It would be helpful if the UserVoice would not ask for a login and email address every time I want to vote for a feature...

Allow More Than 9 Configurations For Connect To Toshiba
It would be beneficial to have the ability to add more than 9 configurations to a device in the Connect to Toshiba Module. We have multiple customers that need this feature

Allow Connect to Sharepoint to Import Documents to Sharepoint
Connect to Sharepoint can search from Sharepoint and can Store TO DocuWare, but it cannot put documents into Sharepoint FROM DocuWare. It would be nice to be able to add documents to Sharepoint from DocuWare, perhaps a menu item in web client that only presents itself if Connect to SP is installed? Or perhaps an app or dialog available in Sharepoint to grab documents from DocuWare (not searching but to add them to Documents in SP or even as a new page itself).

Modify Connect to Toshiba Field sizes
When using Connect to Toshiba, it would be great if you could modify a fields size or the font size so longer entries would fit from the MFP. Longer entries will not fit on screen even though it is entered properly. The field zone does not fit more than 16 digits.

SharePoint online (SharePoint Team in Office365) is a huge threat.
SharePoint online (SharePoint Team in Office365) is a huge threat in our local market -a disruptive tech/opinion view from prospects during presentation meetings.
Cost is always major concern for companies, and now the key differentiations between traditional DMS and SharePoint are fast eroded.
Please how do we pitch competitively?

Connect to Toshiba preview on the MFP to display more than 5 pages.
When previewing a document directly from the UI on a Toshiba MFP, The number of pages displayed is limited to 5. If a user is printing directly from DW on the MFP, this will prevent them from printing any page beyond 5 without printing the entire document.
I would like to see the limit either removed of increased.

SaaS hosted in Canada
A lot of organizations, especially well-regulated ones such as the various levels of government, are required to keep all their data in Canada. This means that they can't use Docuware Online. It would be great if there was a Docuware data center in Canada so we can service these markets.
1 voteWe do not have a plan to expand to a Canadian data center at this time. We do have a data center located in Europe if it is preferred over a data center in the US.

It would be nice if someone responsible would proof-read the DocuWare FAQ's. The spelling and grammar errors are a shambles.
There are many instances of FAQ articles having simple spelling and grammar errors. Someone responsible for the content should review all of the FAQ's and correct the defective ones.

Embedding a third-party source
Until docuware’s new web release, we successfully used to embed docuware into our web site.
To do this, we loaded it via iframe tag, but it doesn’t work anymore.
Actually we can embed just the docuware login page but, after the user has logged in, the response page appears as empty (white page is shown into the iframe). Talking about this problem to Docuware support, in their opinion it seems caused by a “security related issue: X-Frame-Origins: SAMEORIGIN. Since docuware-online is not from the same origin like your site where you embed the integration, the body stays empty. At the…1 voteAs I announced in my email I close the idea. Best, Mario Schwarz

Automated tool to audit document arrivals from DW Cold Module
We rely on the cold module a great deal by collecting a Lot of reports from the AS400 each day.
Our enhancement request is for an automated tool to audit what new documents hit DW... to notify when a specific document that should hit DW, does not. Not looking for content accuracy, but simply looking for the 'presence of a document' to be audited, and notices given through the Notification Module when missing.
This would be an extremely beneficial tool for cold users in time savings of manual auditing of large volumes of documents.
1 voteDocuWare COLDREAD will not be developed any further but you could set up a file cabinet logging which will log all stored documents to e.g. a database table. This information can then be used to check for the documents that should be stored and find any missing documents.

Document trays are meant for short term storage until the document is stored to a File Cabinet. Maybe you can add some more details why you need this option.
