Need way of tracking files that get deleted.
You can delete documents before they get indexed.
It would be good to be able to search these documents or go into a recycle bin like Windows does.
You also can't separate delete access from edit access. If you need employees to add notes you can't take away their delete access.
There is also no way to search documents that have been deleted, which seems like an unnecessary security risk.
It seems like a basic function that is missing from the program that would benefit all your clients.
Deletion is always possible, but you can set up right profiles which do not allow deletion. Some customers use Stamps and Index filter profiles to achieve the result that you are searching for.
And edit and delete access are two different rights in a file cabinet.
