Set my account to “Out Of The Office” from the mobile app
I wish I could set myself as out of the office from the mobile app - if I am unexpectedly out of the office this would be the very easiest place for me to set my account to indicate that.

Allow DocuWare Forms within the Mobile App
It would be great to integrate forms into the mobile app. If a user has access to a form, a central forms option within the mobile app would make it a lot easier.

MobileIron Inc. is an American software company specializing in solutions for mobile device management (MDM) and enterprise mobility management (EMM).

Allow Push Notifications in DW Mobile when a new "Task" has been assigned to a user.

Allow Windows Authentication on DocuWare Mobile
Systems with a lot of users will most likely use LDAP or AD synchronization to pull the users.
I suggest that you allow users to authenticate using Windows Authentication on the Mobile app. It would be very helpful when rolling this out to a lot of users. Users can do that already when logging in from a Web browser.

Update the Docuware Mobile app to support Ipad resolutions
The DW Mobile App is only downloadable on the iOS App Store if you select Iphone only, and if you download it on the Ipad it ends up running on a much lower resolution, not even taking up the whole screen.
Updating the app for Ipads would be helpful

URL integration
The Mobile Client should Support URL Integration like the WebClient.
For example to open a document with DWDOCID on a mobile device with the native app
docuware://[platform URL]/[FileCabinet]?did=[DOCID]
or for searching
docuware://[platform URL]/[FileCabinet]?q=[QUERY]the DocuWare HTML5 app should support this with additional parameters appended to the base URL of the app.

Add Edit/Versioning to Mobile Client
Users are asking to be able to Edit documents from the Mobile Client. They can download the documents and edit them, but there is no way in the Mobile Client for them to upload the documents back into the system.
Our attorney clients would also like to be able to use Versioning.

Allow placement of Free hand stamps in the Mobile Client
I think the ability to place Free hand stamps would be a nice add on to the Mobile Client. so you could open your Document on the mobile device and sign it with your own signature.

Digital handwritten signature on DocuWare mobile client.
Having people sign with a digital signature from IPAD or Android pads for document process:
Most of time people will sign the business document on the paper, especially invoices and on site service document. We should be able to open documents on smartphones and ipads(including android pads), put a stamp on the document from these device and ask for customer to sign on the document in DocuWare mobile client.

Possibility to recover the forgotten password
Like in the web interface, the mobile app must offers the possibility to send the password at the specified user.

Bring back Docuware Mobile II or at least the functionality that it had
It seem that the latest version of DW Mobile was reduced in its capabilities from the original version. Almost like it was only developed for cell phone/ small screens. DW Mobile II had a lot more features for viewing documents and navigation was easier. We use tablets, not phones in the field for viewing documents.

Ability to add a message with a scan . i.e. Writing the name of the account on an image being sent in.

Lock Paperscan so user must delete after upload.
In a HIPAA environment, once a document has been uploaded to DocuWare is must be deleted from the Mobile Device. Currently this is a user option, and there should be a setting to prevent the user from turning this off, so all documents are deleted after upload.

iPad/iPhone - downloads from WebClient that are zipped cannot be opened when zip contains multiple formats
iPad/iPhone - downloads from WebClient that are zipped cannot be opened when zip contains multiple formats
Scenario: user working on iPad - reads email previously stored in DW and wants to reply or forward this mail. This does not work when the zipped file contains multiple formats (i.e. an msg and a pdf). It would significally enhance the options of working with DW Mobile if this could be solved.
