Your support request form is horrible. Please review the questions you ask, do they all need to be asked, and in that order? It's messy.
Please just review the questions you ask when we're requesting support. We're only requesting support when something has gone wrong and it took me 10-15 minutes just to fill in the information to (hopefully) get someone to help get our system back up!

As we have a new Support Portal now for some months already. I will close that post. The process of reporting an issue has been simplified a lot.

The docuware support system is really slow. it isn't userfriendly and it takes very long time until a support case is opened.
