Best practices, step by step explanations, better translations, more complete help
So many things are dependant on other things....like incorporating a select list....you have to build it, link it allow it, add it to the dialog, make sure the profile Llows it and make sure the user has the profile that can see it, the dialog that can use it......not a simple set of instructions no matter how you look at it....
4 votesWe are working on improving every of these different things. E.g. Incorporating a select list should now be much easier with version 6.9.
Other areas will follow.

Your support request form is horrible. Please review the questions you ask, do they all need to be asked, and in that order? It's messy.
Please just review the questions you ask when we're requesting support. We're only requesting support when something has gone wrong and it took me 10-15 minutes just to fill in the information to (hopefully) get someone to help get our system back up!

Update links in FAQs
After the upgrade of your support system- a large majority of links in FAQs/Forum posts no longer work. It would be nice to have the paths restored so that we can find details of information referenced.

The feedback button interferes with text when viewport is small or zoomed.
The feedback button interferes with text when browser viewport is not very wide, even when scrolled all the way over to the right of the page.

Improve the searchability on the DocuWare partner support site
With the current setup, it is nearly impossible to find solutions to questions or errors that come up revolving around DocuWare no matter the version. This leads me to have to create a support ticket anytime I can't find something on the site, even though I know many times there are solutions that exist. I feel like I'm wasting DocuWare support's time when I have to create a ticket for some issues where I know there's a solution and they simply link me to the given solution in a FAQ. I think it would be extremely beneficial to all parties…
