Can you please make it easier to create a support ticket?
It is difficult to get the icon to appear that allows a user to create a support ticket. It seems that the option to create a support ticket should be readily available on the support page.

Second that. The support ticket creation process is convoluted and slow. Autotask is a great product that you should look into.
