  1. Improve customer support

    We have found support with Docuware to be just terrible. It would be nice if you made a serious attempt to improve support in the US. We have been working with our rep to get some module test licenses for several months now with no luck. The support ticketing system seems as if it has been designed to be as inconvenient as possible.

    There seems to be a giant disconnect between Docuware headquarters and the US customers

  2. Can you please make it easier to create a support ticket?

    It is difficult to get the icon to appear that allows a user to create a support ticket. It seems that the option to create a support ticket should be readily available on the support page.

  3. Make it easier to contact support - this is ridiculous

    HELP.

    I Can't contact your support becuase you near enough make that impossible. A simple link to ask a question would be great.

  5. Sharing files via URL without DW Account?

    I am working with a client who currently has Docuware. They do a lot of file sharing and certain files are too large to share via attachment. What is the best method to sharing documents via URL within Docuware to people who do not have a DW login?
