Anpassen der Schriftgröße im Webclient
Der Zoom des Browsers im Webclient muss auf 100% sein, damit PDF-Dokumente entsprechend scharf dargestellt werden. Wir haben heute festgestellt, dass die Ansicht des Dokuments beim verändern des Zooms schlechter wird. Damit man dennoch die Schriftgröße der Listen, Tabellen, etc. angepasst werden kann, wäre es schön, wenn man die Schriftgröße im Webclient einstellen könnte. Dies ist durchaus auch in anderen Programmen möglich.

Message when user is disconected
When a timeout is set for sessions.
It would be interesting for users to receive a message when disconnecting (Popup for example).
Currently they have to refresh the page or click on a link.

Allow adding in expenses without receipts; e.g. mileage or daily fees
Allow adding in an expense that doesn’t accompany a receipt. Submitting mileage for personal vehicles, or daily rates that are added.

DocuWare Request search with operators AND/OR
In DocuWare Request a search for two words in the same field with operators AND/OR would be helpful.
The search should work for the fulltext search in DocuWare Request as well as for the advanced search in the individual fields e.g. 123456 AND test, 123456 OR test.1 vote -
Implementierung von Swagger für die REST-Schnittstelle
Wenn die DocuWare REST-Schnittstelle Swagger unterstützen würde, dann wäre es möglich mit den Swagger-Tool wie z.B.: Swagger Codegen für unterschiedliche Programmiersprachen automatisiert ein SDK generieren zu lassen. Dadurch könnte die Schnittstelle viel leichter auch durch .Net Framework fremde Programmiersprachen wie z.B. Java, JavaScript und PHP verwendet werden. In einer Ticketanfrage scheint es keine Pläne zu geben den Swagger / OpenAPI Standard zu unterstützen.

Send Request should show on document when sent
Currently it's possible to see the responses to a "Send Request" as a stamp on the document. This is brilliant for auditing, but it would very helpful to also have the fact who requested the response visible as a stamp on the document.
At the moment you can't see easily that a request is running on a document if there was no response to the request yet.

Change the logo of webclient with the logo of the client´s company
Hello, we need to change the logo of DocuWare on webclient with a customized logo client's mark. We can be change this on OnPremis Docuware but we need to do this on cloud systems. A lot of clients apply for this changes.

When session disconnections are set:Display an error message to inform the user of their disconnection (By popup for example)

in Suchfunktion aus Dokument mit Cursor kopieren
Bei der Suchfunktion auch die Möglichkeit besteht, bei dem eingescannten Dokument mit dem Cursor über den Text zu fahren, so dass dieser in das Suchfeld kopiert wird!
Wenn das bei der Ablagefunktion möglich ist, sollte das doch auch in der Suchfunktion gehen.1 vote -
In Fixed Text editor, restore DELETE key functionality so that it deletes text instead of prompting to delete the entire field.
While editing the Fixed Text in a form, I'm accustomed to using the DELETE key to edit text. Whenever I do that in the Fixed Text editor, however, I'm prompted as to whether I want to delete the field. I click No, but the system provides considerable difficulty in letting me see where I was before I hit the DELETE key.

Allow the option to require someone view a file before making a decision about/stamping the file
For example, for an approval workflow, there's nothing that prevents people from making an approval decision without having viewed the file.

all fields capitalized
Please bring back the ability to force all fields being capitalized!
This kind of practice of removing features that users have grown to depend on, almost caused a revolt in one of tech sessions at DocuWorld.
Here's an example of what happens when changes aren't thought through completely and/or actual users aren't consulted first:
The select list consists of Townships with only the first letter capitalized. Since upgrading to 6.12 this week, the user must type exactly in the case format of the select list, or they can't store doc.
For instance, typing 'elkhart' brings up 'Elkhart' in the select…

Create a "document object" variable in Workflow
I would like to add document in a workflow task and store it in a particular file cabinet.
Other idea could be to manage this feature via DocuWare Form.
- validate the task to certify tha the link to the form on workflow task is been executed (and document stored via Form)

Make it possible to revert URL Integration encryption / function requirements
DocuWare 7.1 introduces a breaking change to URL Integration that login is now only possible with encrypted URL’s. The scope of functionality with this method has also been limited to specific function such as result list, viewer, etc. Several years ago we paid DocuWare Professional Services a significant sum of money to develop a customization with URL Integration that essentially allows customer to be redirected and login to DocuWare Web client using a custom login page. This functionality was dubbed AD Login Customization to the user they simply put in their AD username and password on this custom DocuWare login…

Tastenkürzel sollten für User abänderbar sein
Manche Kollegen kommen einfach mit den voreingestellten Tastenkürzel nicht zurecht. Z.B. sind gerade ältere Kollegen immer versucht, bei der Ablage mit Enter in die nächste Zeile zu springen. Stattdessen legen sie ungewollt ein Dokument ohne Metadaten ab. Im schlimmsten Fall startet dann nichtmal der Workflow.
Es wäre daher gut, wenn man selbst Tastenkürzel bis zu einem gewissen grad beeinflussen kann. Wenn nicht auf Userebene, dann wenigstens auf Systemebene.

Nutzung der SQL-Abfragen auf Archivtabellen in allen Konfigurationen
Im Autoindex ist es aktuell möglich SQL-Abfragen auf die Archivtabellen auszuführen. Allerdings ist dies bspw. in den Auswahllisten und auch bei der Connect to Outlook Konfiguration nicht möglich.
Wenn man diese Funktion bereitstellt, dann sollte man diese auch in allen Konfigurationen (mit SQL-Abfragen) nutzen können.2 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Zoom mit Mausrad
Um die Navigation in großen Dokumenten (zB Plänen) zu erleichtern, sollte es möglich sein, mit dem Mausrad die Zoomstufe zu verändern.

Color Rules for Lists, List Results and folders
It would be useful to configure that the results in a list can have colors depending on the rules assigned in that list.

Es sollte möglich sein, dass ein gerade abgelegtes Dokument sofort automatisch im Viewer geöffnet wird - z.B. um gleich einen bestimmten Stempel anzubringen

Allow clipping files already in storage
Presently documents that are in the inbox/tray can be only be clipped to a document in storage, or else another document in the inbox/tray. Not sure why that is. I had the idea that one person could be responsible for inputting and indexing AP invoices, and another for inputting and indexing checks. A third person would be responsible for clipping the checks to the invoice, verifying the check(s) match the invoice, then stamping it as Paid. But once a document is in storage it cannot be clipped to another document in storage. This is fairly limiting.
