Allow Connect to mail to ignore small signature images
When using the Connect to mail feature, I used to be able to ignore image files less than a certain size, so images that are in signature did not import into the document. This option is no longer available, so the signature image is now part of the document. Removing them is cumbersome when you are importing thousands of documents weekly into a document tray.

Auto Nummernfeld von INT auf BIGINT ändern
Es kommt immer weider vor dass Belegnummern mit Prefixen zb Jahreszahl und Datum vergeben werden müssen und dann fortlaufend hochzählen. Ein INT Feld ist dafür zu klein da man relativ schnell an die grenzen kommt

Einfach es Anhängen von Fotos per Docuware Mobile
Es wäre schön, wenn es zukünftig einfach möglich wäre ein Foto per Docuware Mobile an ein bereits archiviertes Dokument anzuhängen.
Beispiel: Außendiestmitarbeiter könnten so zu Dokumentationszwecken einfach Fotos die mit dem Smartphone gemacht werden an einen bestehenden Vorgang anhängen.
Bisher muss der Umweg über Paperscan und Upload in den Briefkorb erfolgen. Der Mitarbeiter kann das Foto dann erst über den WebClient an das bestehende Dokument im Archiv anhängen.

Ability to store a Form in Document Tray or File Cabinet
Currently you can only store a Form directly into a File Cabinet with a store dialog. Need ability to store into a Document Tray as well. When storing with Import, Printer or email you have option to store document into Document Tray or File Cabinet

reduce license timeout (actual timeout is 2 minutes!)
Please reduce the license timeout to zero. Right now the user has to wait 2 Minutes until the license can be used on a different computer. our client has multiple virtualized workstations (autocad, ...) and a terminal server. All users work on terminal server an on virtualized workstations for some tasks. Therefore they need docuware on both systems. We accept that one use can only be logged in on one device. But on the other hand, it would be user friendly, if the named license can be used directly after logout. This timeout doesn't make any sense when working with…

Einstellmöglichkeit in Ergebnisliste bei Wechseln der Seite
Wenn man die Seite in der Ergebnisliste ändert (zB von Seite 1 auf 2 wechselt), bleibt die Scroll-Position weiterhin unten ist. Man muss danach händisch raufscrollen. Es wäre sinnvoll, hier eine EInstellungsmöglichkeit einzubauen, dass der Benutzer wählen kann, ob er ganz unten stehen bleiben möchte, oder ob die Ergebnisliste automatisch hinaufscrollt und die obersten Treffer sichtbar sind.

Autom. scrollen beim Blättern in den Dokumenten
Beim blättern in der Ergebnisliste (von einem Dokument zum anderen) wird nicht autom. mit gescrollt. Das heißt wenn man unten angekommen ist am letzten sichtbaren Dokument und weiter blättert dann verschwindet die Markierung des Dokuments und der User weiß nicht mehr wo er in der Ergebnisliste gerade steht. Er muss dann manuell nach unten scrollen. Das hat wohl bis zur Version 6.8 noch funktioniert aber ab da dann nicht mehr. Auch in der aktuellen 7.1 Cloud-Testversion funktioniert es nicht.

Anmerkungstools auch in der App
Es wäre super, wenn die Anmerkungstools aus dem Desktop Viewer auch in der App Verfügbar wären. Momentan müssen unsere Außendienstler sich über den Browser einloggen, um Anmerkungen und Unterschriften auf die Dokumente zu bringen.

Share to DocuWare from all text based iOS Apps
Need to have DocuWare added as a share location in text apps. This way a doctor/lawyer etc. could dictate his notes, and then send into DocuWare tray (like you can currently in the PaperScan app.) This would be an extremely helpful addition. The attached screen shot shows were I would like it to appear in all apps. Thank you

Add something that hides stamps/annotations for certain users when they have to open the document outside of DocuWare via links
Whenever users open documents in the DocuWare view, they always see all the stamps and annotations. There should be a feature that hides users from seeing these annotations/stamps/notes.

Smart Connect
Uns fehlt die Möglichkeit, nicht nur die Titelleiste auszulesen, sondern auch andere Bereiche des Fensters. Leider können wir Smart Connect so kaum nutzen, da uns in verschiedenen Anwendungen die Informationen in der Titelleiste fehlen, um eine Suche starten zu können.

Autoindex mit Scan von archivierten Dokumenten
Ziel:
Möchte aus bereits eingescannten und archivierten Dokumenten NACHTRÄGLICH zusätzliche Felder auslesen.Beim Autoindex eine Registerkarte 'Verarbeitung' könnte dies lösen.

Is there any way to separate DocuWare from needing to depend on the Windows Message Bus? We are getting so tired of having to constantly needing to clear the message bus for our customers.

E-Mail Benachrichtigung mit Unterkriterien
Es gibt ja die Möglichkeit die Dokumente für eine Benachrichtigung mit Kriterien einzugrenzen. Es ist aber nicht möglich hier Unterkriterien wie bspw. in den Listen einzurichten. Ich denke wenn es um solche Kriterien geht sollte es immer möglich sein auch Unterkriterien zu verwenden!

Show where missing required field is on the form, not just at the bottom, above the Submit button
You show users that fields are required above the Submit button, but for long forms, it is often difficult for users to find that ONE field that is still required but missing.
Can we have an option to have the field area around the required field be highlighted (red border, yellow background, etc.)?
25 votesThank you for your idea. We added it to our collection of ideas and features and will further investigate it. We currently cannot say exactly when this idea will be implemented. As soon as we have more information we will update its status.

Allow a storage dialogue prompt when printing to docuware
When printing to Docuware, sometimes there's not the full indexing information available on the document (account numbers sometimes are not allowed on certain documents but still should be stored by account number). The ability to choose Print to Docuware from a website/PDF and it recognizes the Document and prompts a storage dialogue box like it does in "Connect to Outlook" to let you fill in the prompted indexing dialogue so that it can store straight to the File Cabinet and not the just the In-tray.

Ability to customize the names of signatures on stamps
When a name is long, Have the possibility to leave the choice of the display select the display of the name on a stamp signature.
For example :
Firstname name
P. Name
...
To be able to adapt the font

Remember the last view settings
Please save the last view settings for users, and not choose the default every single time we access screens like forms, document processing, file cabinets, indexing etc... its a simple tweak that could save millions of clics!
