2. Ability to color code lines in the Invoice Search Dialog Box

   To provide the user(s) the ability to color code specific line items. there are line items that are not being worked due to various reasons however one has to continuously go back into the invoice to see notes as opposed to being able to highlight a line to know it can not be worked at this time, etc.

4. Workflow Designer: Auslöser Bedinungen mehrere Kriterien

   Es wäre gut wenn als Auslöser-Bedingungen auch die "Allgemeine Suchmaske" mit vielen Bedingungen vorhanden wäre.
   Wir haben zum Teil sehr komplexe Workflow und müssen aktuell immer prüfen das nicht mehrer Workflows sich kolidieren.

   Auch, wenn man Dokumente im Briefkorb bearbeitet, sollte hier eine Dokument-Historie hinterlegt werden um auch auf vorherige Versionen zurückgreifen zu können.

6. Import jobs keep going or autorestart after failure

   Whenever an import job fails for whatever reason, that job stops importing altogether and you have to manually go in there and restart the failed job. This is not ideal as I am not always able to connect with the customer right away to restart the jobs, so there might be a time period where users are not getting any documents imported. It would be great if the import job didn't stop when it failed and maybe somehow could send an email notification to the admin but still kept going. Or autorestart after a certain period, whatever makes the most sense. But having to manually restart them makes it more difficult for all parties.

7. Offline Synchronisation ausgewählter Ordner

   Wie man es bereits aus Cloud-Diensten kennt, sollte es eine Möglichkeit der Offline-Synchronisation auch beim DocuWare Windows Explorer Client geben. (Sowohl bei der Cloud, als auch bei der on premise Lösung). Um diese Funktionalität zu haben, muss oft noch parallel mit z. B. One Drive gearbeitet werden.

8. Master and detail mechanism for filecabinets

   Today filecabinets only allow scalar fields for indexing documents.(Some exceptions as keyword fields, but that strategy does not comply)

   It would be great to have the ability to have a master/detail concept. Allowing to store the information regarding the master document and its childs. INVOICEs are probably the best example, the filecabinet would allow to store data as PO number, total aumount, buyer info, etc (as it already does) and also in someway allow to store info about the ordered products info (SKU, unit, description, amount, etc).

9. Add additional page for stamps

   Reviewing the invoices can be difficult as there is not enough room for the stamps, so the stamp and the underlying text becomes illegible. Another seperate sheet solely for stamps might be an idea.

10. FC Folders: Indicate which fields require a select list and which are free form

    When creating a folder view for a File Cabinet, there no indication which text fields are pulled from a closed select list and which accept any text input. This is annoying when you then try to create a new folder, only to find out when storing a file that the folder name does not match the select list.

11. Stamp Bitmap with Form Field

    Currently, if I define a stamp using a bitmap (a nice big angled "Rejected.jpg" image for example), I also want to require the user to specify a rejection reason.

    If I do not use a bitmap, I can specify fields. But if I use a bitmap I cannot. This by definition means that I cannot combine a bitmap with a prompt to specify a region.

    Please add the ability to use fields with bitmap stamps so that we can prompt users for additional data to go with the stamp.

12. MSG-Dateien Per Drag & Drop bzw. Importieren mit Anlagen im Webclient anzeigen

    Wir haben den Fall, dass Outlook MSG-Dateien mit anderen Dateitypen in einem Laufwerk liegen.
    Diese gehören zu Einkaufsvorgängen.
    Diese Dateien werden, sobald der Vorgang abgeschlossen sind, als ein Vorgang archiviert.
    Leider kann man in den MSG-Dateien keine Anlagen im Webclient bzw. im Archiv sehen, nachdem diese über Importieren bzw. Drag & Drop in den Briefkorb gelangen. Lade ich diese Datei wieder herunter, kann ich alles sehen.
    Bei Connect to Outlook gibt es dieses Problem nicht.

    Ist das angedacht, dass man die Anlagen einer MSG-Datei auch sehen kann, wenn diese über Importieren bzw. Drag & Drop in den Webclient gelangen?

13. incomprehensible Restriction on Stamps

    If I have an approval stamp and I name it APPROVE and assign it to a single file cabinet and user group. I can NEVER create another stamp that has the display name APPROVE again. Even for a different file cabinet, even for a different user group. -Because of the backwards way you guys treat DISPLAY NAME vs NAME when configuring a stamp, I cannot have a duplicate DISPLAY NAME, really? This is never the case ANYWHERE! What if I wanted to assign another approval stamp to another set of users. I then have to name that stamp something else, instead of naming it something that is easy for the end user to digest, On top of that the character limit for the stamp display on the web client is short, making the ridiculous restriction described above even more frustrating.

16. Failed Import Jobs to Document Tray - Nonsense!

    In DocuWare 6.8 when I use the IMPORT component of Desktop Apps to run an 1000+ file import from a specified source directory, I don't have to worry if the entire job fails because they go to a subdirectory within my source directory named "Failed" by default. Therefore, it is easy to rerun that job. However, in DocuWare 6.9, failed job files by default go to a document tray. The absolute worst place to manage 1000s of files. WHY! Please either make it so you can select a document tray as a source for the import job, or bring back the "Failed" subdirectory. Manually downloading these files in batches of 100 (since you cannot download the whole tray at once, another limitation), where each batch of 100 is a zip file and each file within it is in its own individual folder (causing more issues), then moving, unzipping, renaming copies, then moving them back to the source folder for the import, is a ridiculous, unacceptable solution. This is not a feature request, the is a correction request or a fix request!

17. Change the default file cabinets when searching multiple file cabinets

    Our client would like the ability to change the default file cabinets that are selected when performing a search across multiple file cabinets. Whenever you do a multi-file cabinet search, the same file cabinets are always selected. In an instance that you say want to select the same 4 file cabinets every time, you would have to add the same 2 file cabinets every time and couldn't change it to default to 4 file cabinets. This has been tested by DW support and confirmed not to be a function of DocuWare currently.

    The client can not distinguish documents with certificates from those that do not.

20. Position der Stempel fix vorgegeben.

    Für das Anbringen der Stempel auf z.B. internen Formularen welche mit dem Stempel-Workflow bearbeitet werden, sollten die Positionen an denen der Stempel gesetzt wird vorgegeben werden können.
    Auf internen Formularen ist der Platz meist schon 'vorgegeben'. Der Stempel sollte dann gleich an dieser vorbelegten Position angezeigt/angebracht werden, mit der Möglichkeit diesen noch zu verschieben. Vor allem beim DocuWare Mobile würde das unseren Kunden sehr helfen.
