ODER Suche vereinfachen # anstatt OR
Die ODER Suche war in der Version 5.1 mit # möglich (ohne Leerzeichen). Somit konnte eine ODER Suche mit einer Vielzahl an Suchbegriffen einfach und schnell eingeben werden.
Dies ist in der aktuellen Version mit dem Operator OR leider umständlich und zeitaufwändig.Bsp.: Begriff1 OR Begriff2 OR Begriff3

Ich schlage vor, dass die Anmerkungsebene nicht nur für die Stempel aus bzw. eingeblendet werden kann - sondern auch für das Dokument.
Da teilweise so viele Stempel auf einem Dokument vorhanden sind, wäre es vom Vorteil auch nur die Stempel sehen zu können. Die Funktion aus bzw. einblenden von Dokumenten wäre hilfreich.

Calendar Invite for workflow
We have many workflows where the process is sending the date and time of an event in an automated e-mail through workflow manager using the date / time feature. It would be wonderful if we could have the option in workflow designer to generate a calendar invite.

I suggest that you allow rearranging index fields on the "edit index field" screen.
Currently, the list of index fields shown on the "edit index field" screen are in order of when they were created. It would be great to allow rearranging of the list so they are in a more user friendly order, and not just "this is how I added them into Docuware" order.

Allow to use stamp at decision level and not task level
It would be great if we could have the possibility to select an option : if one of the decision of the task should have a stamp and not another
For example : If i validate an invoice, stamp is placed
If i use the decision : request info is used, there is no need to place any stamp on the invoice.Options are currently very limited regarding task stamps

DW Logging Agent: Reihenfolge der Felder im IndexInfo-Feld selbst bestimmen können (Laufzeit Objekte und Informationen)
DocuWare nimmt beim Logging durch einen Logging-Agent die ersten 12-15 (je nach Zeichenanzahl) mit Werten belegten UserFelder mit ins »IndexInfo«-Feld (in der Reihenfolge die in der Archiv.xml ersichtlich ist). Weiß man genau welche Felder man später im LoggingFeld »IndexInfo« haben will, kann man das bei der Erstellung des Archivs mitbeeinflussen. Ist ein Archiv aber schon vollständig fertiggestellt oder sogar im Livebetrieb, dann müsste man alles aufs Neue anlegen.
Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn wir selbst die IndexInfo-Felder bestimmen könnten, die bei der Untersuchung der Logs des jeweiligen Dokumententyps besser geeignet wären.3 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. I have several customers that would like for the user experience to include a lock state of a document that won't allow two users to modify the same document. A user may make a change to an index field and another user has the same document open and can change the same field and nullify the changes of the user...

Add the ability to see the Bookmarks on the Viewer
We work with multi-page technical documents that have pre-defined bookmarks to ease the section navigation. The viewer within Docuware doesn't allow for bookmarks to be displayed and users have to surf through 600+ pages in order to find the content. It would be ideal if it could show the contents the same way Adobe Reader does.
We implemented a workaround where users would download the content and open it in it's native application but it is very inefficient and causes a high level of unnecessary network traffic.4 votesThank you for your idea. Store document by drag and drop on workflow task
Would be nice if a document could be stored when dragging this document from a doctray to a workflow task (workflow manager).
The only option for now is to append a document to a document in a workflow.
But in several occasions you want to store a document as a new doctype but with a lot of index information from a document in the workflow task.
This option is already available in taskmanager but not in workflow manager.7 votesThank you for your idea.

Über Workflow-Historie Workflow-Aufgabe in Controller-Funktion öffnen
Als Benutzer mit Controller-Funktion (z. B. Buchhaltung) kommt es oft vor, dass man Dokumente über das Archiv sucht und sich dann die Workflow-Historie anschaut. Hier kommt man oft an den Punkt, die Workflow-Aufgabe öffnen zu müssen um diese bearbeiten zu können.
Zurzeit muss man hierzu dann wieder die Controller-Funktion anwählen, den richtigen Workflow, die richtige Workflow-Version und die richtige Aufgabe wählen, was bei mehreren hundert oder mehreren tausend Aufgaben nicht ganz so einfach ist.Schön wäre es, wenn man (insofern man die entspr. Berechtigung besitzt) in der Historie auf einen Button drücken könnte und sich die Workflow-Aufgabe dann im Controller-View…

Allow the user to see differences in the document between versions
The users I'm working with need to see where are the differences between two versions of the same document. Would it be any way to implement something like the diff command ?

Menus "Suchen" und "Datensatz erstellen" zentral gestalten
- Gliedern der Dialoge in einer Art Baumansicht/Ebenen z.B. Ebene 1 (Archiv) -> Ebene 2 (Bereich) -> Ebene 3 (Dialog), selber die Struktur und Reihenfolge bestimmen.
- Zentrale Administration für alle Benutzer bezüglich der Struktur für die Dialoge.
- Anzeige/Darstellung des Dialognamens (Archiv - Name des Dialog) z.B. mit selbstbestimmten Archivnamen („DisplayName“ für Archiv).
- Wenn der Eintrag des Dialogs zu lange ist, das mit der Maus ein Tooltip mit dem vollständigen Namen/Bezeichnung angezeigt wird.

ability to add date/time stamp automatically when scanning.
The ability to automatically put date/time stamp on docs while scanning was available in DW desktop versions but is not currently available in the web version. Would be extremely useful when scanning a large document that needs a date stamp on it (legal documents) with out having to stamp individual pages.

The clients have requested a better way to attach or replaces pages to an existing document than having to copy to a document tray
The clients have requested better way to replace a page in an existing document than having to copy and then select the order and clip or staple and store back.

Das Setzen von Abwesenheit für WF-Manager sollte durch Chefs möglich sein
Moin,
derzeit muss ein Admin im Funktionsprofil das Recht "Benutzerverwaltung" haben um die Abwesenheit anderer Mitarbeiter setzen zu können. Dafür wird meines Wissens nach zusätzlich die DW-Administration benötigt.
Dies ist ein hoher, administrativer Aufwand für die wenigen Admins, z.B. wenn Mitarbeiter erkranken.Wunsch wäre eine Abwesenheitsverwaltung (für WF-Manager) in der Web-Administration - gern auch als eigenes Recht in der Administration.
Noch wichtiger wäre eine Abhängigkeit von der Hirarchie - alle Chefs oberhalb von MA XY dürfen das - oder bis zu 5 Berechtigte darf sich ein Anwender aussuchen..24 votesVielen Dank für Ihre Idee. Allow users to create their own Custom Searches.
Users should be able to create their own search lookup. That way they can customize their lookup and not have to manually enter search criteria or have the Admin create their own custom lookup. It would also be nice if the user had the ability to pin and rename favorite searches. I know there is similar option called Recent searches but it is not ideal and you can't rename them.

Extension Administrator for 6.10
Prior to 6.10 there was a Power Tool called the Extension Administrator. This has been removed (probably because of GAPI). It would be nice to have a similar power tool for 6.10+.

Open Workflow Task from a Search/Result List
Since there is no way to filter a Workflow, it would be nice to Open the current activity from a Search/Result List. For example, you can open the Workflow History, but you should be able to take the next activity
