Get the possibility to create summary tables to get information about open documents and their corresponding status.

Bildstempel sollten eine anpassbare Größe haben
Wird z.B. eine Unterschrift mit 300 dpi eingescannt, als Bilddatei abgespeichert, und zu einem Bildstempel hinzugefügt, so ist das Resultat auf einem Dokument um ein Vielfaches größer, als ursprünglich eingescannt. Daher muss die Bilddatei zunächst in einem externen Bild-Bearbeitungsprogramm verkleinert werden. Das führt dann zu einem Stempel in der gewünschten Größe, der aber durch die sehr geringe Anzahl an Pixeln unangenehm "pixelig" wird. Des Weiteren wird der Stempel bei unterschiedlichen dpi-Zahlen des unterliegenden Dokuments unterschiedlich groß.
Hier könnte die Möglichkeit, die Größe des gewünschten Stempels in Centimetern bei der Anlage anzugeben, Abhilfe schaffen. Dabei würde intern immer ein Mechanismus in…

branchenspezifische Grundkonfigurationen als XML-Datei zum download anbieten (Sales-Support..)
Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass wenn Docuware branchenspezifische Grundkonfigurationen als XML-Datei zum Download anbietet, dass man dann gewisse "Grund-Standards" schafft, (die den Konfigurationsaufwand verkleinern und uns Admins dichter an den "best practise" bringt. Peters Engineering ist da schon ein guter Ansatz, ich könnte mir aber vorstellen, dass man das auf z.B. Automobilbranche, Gesundheitswesen/Pflegewesen/QM/Buchhaltung erweitern könnte

Viewer-Position bei mehreren Bildschirmen auch auf dem Nicht-Primär-Monitor merken
Wenn man die Option wählt, dass der Viewer in einem Extra-Fenster aufgehen soll, (zweite Option), dann merkt sich Docuware (Stand derzeit 6.7) auf dem Primär-Monitor die Viewer-Position, was sehr angenehm ist. Wunsch wäre es aber, den Viewer auf dem rechten Monitor zu haben, der nicht Primär-Monitor ist und dass sich Docuware auch hier die Position merkt. Hier öffnet der Viewer derzeit wahllos.

Passwortgeschützte PDFs im Viewer anzeigen
Beim Versuch ein Passwortgeschütztes PDF zu öffnen bekommt man aktuell nur die Meldung dass das Dokument verschlüsselt ist und ein Passwort gebraucht wird.
Meine Idee wäre. Wenn man versucht eine verschlüsselte PDF-Datei im Viewer anzuzeigen sollte man eine Passwortabfrage für die Datei bekommen.
aktuell müsste man die Datei in dem Originalformat herunterladen und dann öffnen.

Customize the CSV export from the DocuWare WebClient
It would be great if we the admins or even the users can customize the order and the fields that are displayed when they use the export to CSV file option in DocuWare.
As of right now it is showing all the fields that the user has access to. and the order is also not the same as the task list/result list the user is looking at.

Ansichtenwechsel im Viewer müssen schneller werden
Werden Dokumente im der Vieweransicht gewechselt dauert die Anzeige trotz leistungsstarker Hardware viel zu lange.
Die gesamt Performance des Programms muss flotter werden. Ich stelle mir gerade 20 Anwender und die daraus resultierenden Geamstzeiten vor.9 votes -
Disable Annotations when viewing Documents in a Document Tray/Web Basket.
Annotations rights are only controlled at the File Cabinet Profile level. Some users would like to be able to the ability to use annotations on documents in a Document Tray/Web Basket.

Vorindexieren von mehreren Dokumenten gleichzeitig
Es sollte möglich sein, mehrere Dokumente aus dem Briefkorb gleichzeitig vor zu indexieren. Hat man z. B. viel Schriftverkehr zu einem Projekt, so könnte man vorab schon die Projektnummer, Belegart, den Namen usw. indexieren. Gleiches gilt für das Ablegen von E-Mails aus Outlook: Hier wäre es auch gut, wenn mehrere E-Mails vorindexiert in den Briefkorb abgelegt werden könnten.

Übersichtlichkeit bei den Aufgabenslisten
Die Möglichkeiten einer farblichen Darstellung ählich wie bei den alten Content Folders geht vielen Kunden bei den Aufgabenslisten ab. Es wäre toll, wenn hier eine Priorisierung oder farbliche Kodierung möglich wäre.

Stichwortfelder im Windows Explorer Client
Momentan können für die Baumansicht keine Stichwortfelder heran gezogen werden.
Dies wäre aber gerade im Zusammenhang mit Dokumenten, die mehreren Stichworten zugeordnet werden sehr praktisch.
Oft werden Stichwortfelder als "Dossier-" oder "Aktennummer" verwendet, z.B. eine Projektnummer, eine Kundennummer oder eine andere Art von Vorgangsnummer.
Muss ein Dokument, z.B. eine Rechnung, nun mehreren dieser Vorgangsnummern zugeordnet werden (z.B. Rechnung über verschiedene Projekte oder Kostenstellen) so muss dies über ein Stichwortfeld gelöst werden. Dadurch verliert man aber Stand heute die Möglichkeit den Windows Explorer Client für eine "Ordnerbasierte" Ablage zu verwenden.5 votes -
Add scripting for field values on Import and Smart Connect
Please add the ability to enhance extracted (OCR) data from documents during Import, Smart Connect and Printer. Having the ability to massage the data read (replace l with 1, z with 2, etc...) with vbscript or javascript would greatly enhance functionality.

Create a shortcut key to enable the filter check mark in select lists
in 6.6 I can fill out a store dialog only using the keyboard, but if I need to check the filter on a select list it requires me to use the mouse as well. This is slowing down data entry considerably. Please put a shortcut key in to enable the filter check box on a select list.

Stichwortfelder in Workflow-Manager Formularfeldern: Bitte neu designen
in 6.6 konnte man Indexdaten aus einem Stichwortfeld 1:1 in ein Formularfeld im WF-Manager vorausfüllen.
In 6.7 muss man einen Umweg über eine Globale Variable machen, damit mehr als Ein Stichwort-Wert vorausgefüllt wird (das ist schlecht)
Aber nicht nur das finde ich schlecht.
Wenn man (seit erster DW-Version mit WF-Manager) ein Stichwortfeld in ein WF-Formularfeld schreibt (vorausfüllt) und hat im Indexfeld mehr als einen Wert, dann werden diese Werte Semikolon+Leerzeichen-separiert (xyz-G-6123; xyz-G-6124; xyz-G-6125) in das Feld übernommen.
Drückt man STRG+ALT+I aus der WF-Liste, kommt ein Dialog, der nicht definierbar ist (bereits anderer Uservoice-Eintrag vorhanden) in dem die Stichwörter dann Komman-separiert…18 votesIn den nächsten Versionen werden wir entsprechende Verbesserungen integrieren.

Um Projekte, Akten, Ideen etc. zusammenfassen zu können wäre es hilfreich wenn bereits archivierte Dokumente geheftet bzw. geklammert werden könnten.

Allow the ability to change the field order in multiple task lists in DocuWare Admin Online
Currently, you have to go through each individual task list and change the order of the fields one by one. It would be extremely time saving to be able to apply the field order changes to multiple task lists at the same time if they have the same fields.

Create a new field type that auto populates date/time and/or user.
New type of field that is perhaps connected to or monitors another field like a fixed select list. When one of the selections are made it records the date and modifying user. Each selection can record in a different field. For example when the "Status Field" is set to "approved" it can auto populate the date on a field labeled "Approved Date." There are other ways of doing this but if it was a built in function to a new field type it would perhaps cut down on the amount of fields needed and workflow settings.

Visual improvements to Workflow Designer
I would like the ability to reorder Decisions within a task and their outputs, alter the size and shape of activities, and select a bunch of the activities and move them all at once. Right now it is very tedious and time-consuming to design a workflow that is visually clear.
16 votesThank you for your contribution. We are now working on a new version of the Workflow Designer, which will bring a whole new user experience, so we set this wish to “Planned”.
I’d like to point out that a couple of things are possible in the meantime, like reordering decision and now also reordering data assignments. Multiselect will come with the new version.
In case of changing size and shape of the activities, we are not planning to do this currently.
I’d be happy to learn why and how this would help you in your daily work. -
