Using the '(ATTACHMENT)' variable in docuware will help a lot to find the proper record
Hi Team,
I have an idea that if docuware uses the '(ATTACHMENT)' variable withing the connect to outlook configuration so it will help us a lot to find the proper record in the docuware system. Because in most of the cases we sent proposal/estimate within an organization to a single personal who is in purchase department and he handle all the proposal/estimate related queries so we can't use the current available variable to find the exact proposal number but if '(ATTACHMENT)' variable is available then we can find exactly the estimate number/proposal number using the estimate/proposal name extracting from the…

Indexierung mit Tastenkombination, sollte wie in den alten Versionen möglich sein
In früheren Docuwareversionen war es möglich die Indexfelder mit der Tastenkombination ALT und E automatisch zu füllen. Es war egal ob das erste abgelegte Dokument aus dem Benutzerbriefkorb oder über eine automatische Ablage (Tiffmaker...) im Archiv stand. Das geht jetzt nur noch mit Dokumenten die aus einem Briefkorb abgelegt wurden. Tastenkombination STRG ALT L Das erschwert unsere Ablagetätigkeit erheblich.

URL Integration Suche über mehrere Archive
Da im WebClient die Suche über mehrere Archive möglich ist, sollte dieses Feature auch in der URL Integration verfügbar sein.

Document Sections
It would be nice if it was possible to make divisions within a file (i.e. in Personnel Documents you can have sections that can be sorted by items like absences or applications).

Result List Navigation
Move navigation of search results to the top so that they are in constant view and access. (Side to side slide bar, page advances, etc.)

Better error messages
They don’t always stand out on the screen and seldom offer any helpful hints as to what the error is.

Graphics are outdated
Very boxy and basic looking. Tool bars and tabs would be easier to use.

User Reporting Capabilities
I would like to see who is using the system and what files each person has touched as well as how many people are in Docuware at any given moment.

Navigieren mit Buchstaben in Aufgabenlisten
Wenn ich mich in einer Aufgabenliste befinde, dann sollte es in dem Feld, welches ich gerade sortiert habe, die Möglichkeit geben, durch Eingabe eines Buchstaben direkt zu den Treffern welche mit dem Buchstaben beginnen zu springen.

Zurücksetzen/Leeren der Ablagemaske: zwei Buttons?
DocuWare hat in der Ablagemaske im Web Client das Verhalten des "Reset/Zurücksetzen"-Buttons geändert.
Bisheriges Verhalten in der Version 6.1: Leeren aller Felder
Jetziges Verhalten in der Version 6.7 (evtl ab 6.5): Zurücksetzen der Felder auf den Zustand vor dem aktuellen Ablagevorgang. Falls Felder (z.B. über den Dokumentnamen oder einer Vorindizierung über Import) bereits vorgefüllt waren, werden alle Werte auf diese vorbefüllte Maske zurückgesetzt.
Beide Verhaltensweisen haben ihre Berechtigung, da z.B. der manuelle Autoindex nicht funktioniert, wenn in einem anderen Feld der Dokumentname eingetragen ist. Hier wäre ein Löschen aller Felder sinnvoll. Auf der anderen Seite ist es auch durchaus sinnvoll…

Connect to Outlook: Able to Attach a Document from a Quick Search to an Email Reply
Situation: You have an email from which you need to reply to and attach a Document From DocuWare.
Suggestion: Rather than having to either download it or send it as a new document via the Quick Search, you should be able to pick the document and attach it directly to a specific email as an attachment. It would make it more efficient for people who use C2O and Outlook exclusively.

Docuware 6.7 - Implementierung "Keine freie Lizenz frei" bei Anmeldung
Seit Version 6.7 kommt keine Meldung bei der Anmeldung, dass alle Lizenzen belegt sind.
Dies führt beim Anwender dazu, dass der Eindruck entsteht sich nicht anmelden zu können.
Deshalb bitten wir darum das Popup-Fenster wieder einzubauen.

More search options with Connect to Outlook
We would like to see more search options in Connect to Outlook. Currently I have to tie the search to either a fixed value or a field in the email. We should be able to create a search dialog or use an existing search dialog to search Docuware right from Outlook so the user can search in Outlook, the same way they search in DW.

Open Linked Documents in new viewer by defualt
Need the ability to have linked documents open in a new viewer by default. I know it is possible to right click and open the linked document in a new viewer but this is inefficient.

Allow users to edit after checking out/checking in a document. Version control should be able to be manual and automatic not limited

Visibility of the workflow document when openning the linked documents
The preview of the document selected from workflow should be remains open when openning the linked documents. This is the functionality of Docuware 6.1. Now in the Docuuware 6.7 this functionality has been removed. Currently the preview of the document selected from Tasks is closed when you look into linked documents.

FIX DWPRINTER COMPRESSION
Im having problems using DWPrinter, because when i print a document DW printer create a PDF file, but if my original file size is 4.4mb for a JPG after i use DWPrinter the FIle Size would be 9.6mb. That means that creating a document via DWPrinter will increase file size. I also do a few test with other PDF Printers and the file size was less than 400 kb. How can you fix this issue
