More metadata on DocuWare users
It would be very useful to add the following information to the DWUser database:
− Creation date/Time,
− Modification date/time,
− De-activation date/Time,
− Last access date/Time ,

Stamps historic
We would like the possibility to list the stamps on a document on the tool bar of documents. We highly uses stamps on documents during workflows. Our documents have generally more than 5 stamps and therefore the 1st page as well as the stamps themselves are hardly readable.
I understand the stamps are visible in the workflow historic be we look like a more user-friendly display.19 votesThank you for your idea.

Sprachenabhängige Feldübersetzungen
Es sollte die Möglichkeit geben, dass für die Archivfelder mehrsprachige Bezeichnungen / Label definiert werden können, Wir arbeiten beispielsweise an einem Standort mit einem Archiv, welches aber von mehrsprachigen Anwendern benutzt wird. die Docuwareoberfläche wird zwar sprachenabhängig angezeigt, nicht aber das Archiv.

Im Augenblick konzentrieren wir uns auf andere Themen, deshalb planen wir diese Idee nicht für zukünftige Veröffentlichungen. Wenn die Nachfrage nach diesem Thema steigt, werden wir diese Idee eventuell wieder aufgreifen.Sie könnten allerdings verschiedene Dialoge für die verschiedenen Sprachen anlegen und dann den entsprechenden Benutzern zuweisen.

Bring back the option 'Create a document tray for every assigned user' within the configuration.
Since Dw 6.11, every document tray should be created one by one manually for each user. Which is very funny for mid & large organization. Bring back the option from previous versions "Create a document tray for every assigned user'.

Es wäre schön wenn ein virtuelles Lineal bzw. Balken im Dokument anwählbare wäre, der nach belieben auf dem Dokument verschoben werden kann
wir haben oft das Problem, dass beim Abtippen unserer Bestellungen mit vielen Artikelnummern, leicht der Überblick verloren geht. Hier wäre ein virtueller Balken oder ein virtuelles Lineal hilfreich, dieses auf dem Dokument in alle Richtungen verschoben werden kann. Zum Beispiel: Man bearbeitet den 1. Artikel, man zieht das Lineal unter diese Zeile, ist dieser bearbeitet, zieht man es unter den 2. Artikel, usw.

send byte array using Platform .NET API
Currently using docuware platform is not possible to send files without saving them to disk, it would be grait to send files using byte array or streams.

Allow a single document within a clipped document to be removed or copied.
We clip multiple files together for a workflow and store the document, however we need the ability to copy one of those files, modify it, then re-store it as a separate document without affecting the clipped file.

WebBasket einrichten bei "Neuer Benutzer anlegen"
Die Funktion einem neuen Benutzer gleich in der Administration einen Briefkorb zu aktivieren ist leider nur die "halbe Miete". Ich möchte und muß da auch die Rechte und Größe (schon deshalb, damit Benutzer das nicht als Datenhalde mißbrauchen. Manche sind einfach beratungsresistent.) explizit vergeben können. Es hinterher wieder extra zu ändern ist ein unnötiger Mehraufwand.

Enhance "document splitting" in DW Import to allow splitting on multiple readoutareas when 1 "OR" the other changes, not just "AND"
I would like to be able to split a report based on multiple pieces of data, when either 1 or the other changes. For example, a document containing a batch or "purchase orders from the customer" that is sorted by "customer #" and then "customer purchase order". A customer may have sent in multiple POs in the batch. It is always possible that 2 different customers could send in the same purchase order number in the same batch.

Table Fields - Default Box Size Options
It is fairly common for me to have a case where I need to present a user with more than one table field, and sometimes a few of them. In most cases the row count for the table fields is small, resulting in a lot of wasted white space in the table field boxes. This makes for a lot of scrolling to get to what a user needs to see or act on. While this would have value anywhere, it would have special importance in workflow tasks. Backward Compatibility
If you support multiple DW environments, you're bound to get caught in between versions of Cloud. Half your customers on the older version, half on the newer version, and whichever one you're working on will inevitably be the wrong version of Desktop Apps. Wouldn't it be great if the latest version was backward compatible? I think so.

Grant access to create Baskets and File Cabinets to the API
When working within the API you have the ability to create users and assign them groups and roles. However, you still have to manually create Baskets for the users to use.
By the same token, now that you are able to export and import a valid XML for a FIle Cabinet to speed up creation, you should be able to create a method to allow passing of an XML (or FC class).
Once the idea for export/import Workflows is completed, it would be nice to have this functionality for that as well, as it will significantly speed up moving data…

I suggest that you donate an extra admin license for partners at least for cloud basic
If the client is using four licenses, there is no license left for the admin user, which makes the support job more complicated

Provide dark mode for all DocuWare client applications
Especially, if dark mode is activated in Windows 10 it would be really great to be able to switch all DocuWare client applications to dark mode as well.

create a datetime field in forms
In forms there is a date field but that puts the time part of the datetime field in the database as 00:00:00 We have out of town expense reports that calculate the time to determine if meals should be paid. So if you leave early enough you get reimbursed for breakfast for example. Or if you get back early enough you don't get reimbursed for dinner. Currently use a spreadsheet and then print it to docuware but I would like to create a form so we could fill it out on our phones and take pictures of receipts to attach…

Briefkorb pro Import-Auftrag falls Dokument auf Grund Pflichtfeldern/Bedingungen nicht abgelegt werden kann
Hallo,
es sollte in der Desktop App möglich sein pro Import-Auftrag(Konfiguration) einen "Fehler-Briefkorb" zu hinterlegen, in den Dokumente abgelegt werden die aufgrund von nicht gefüllten Pflichtfeldern oder andere Fehler nicht im Archiv abgelegt werden können.
Derzeit verwenden alle Import-Aufträge den Standard Briefkorb des Benutzers.

Import users to DW cloud from CSV
HI, sometimes we get cloud cases with many users Without the possibility to import users from AD.
It is tiresome to create 100 users+ from scratch.
It should really be possible to do a batch import of users with name and email from CSV.18 votes -
POP-UP Notification
In addition to E-mail notifications I would like to suggest a pop-up notification using desktop apps letting the users know that they have tasks pending.
E-Mails seem to get lost and don't continually prompt a user to complete their task. Or users might not have access to E-Mail. This should be on option people can mute or turn off.18 votes -
