Keep Entries or Store All for the Connect to Outlook Plugin
When trying to store emails with a store dialog, there is no "Keep Entries" or "Store All" that functionality would be very useful when dealing with large amounts of email.

Unfortunately we will not be able to deliver the function with 6.7 due to technical challenges and therefore had to be postponed

We are working with a client now that would benefit from the "Keep Index Entries" option added to the Outlook Store Dialog.

We ran into a customer that was totally dissapointed that they couldn't do this from the outlook plugin. And this was 2 years ago, and it is still not a feature.

Hi Mario,
For example, we use shared mailboxes that clients may send us invoices or financial documents for our records. Those mailboxes my not be monitored every day, but when one of our users goes in to file those records, they want to be able to file all the like records without having to look at each email. They may know by looking at the sender where they need to go, but some senders may have records that need to be filed differently. It really speeds up the storage process when you don't have to look at each document.
I would also recommend this same "Store All" for the web client for the same reason. While we try to file documents as we get them, sometimes it is not practical and documents pile up.
