Ability to Release license manually from administration level
Allow from DocuWare Administration utility ability to release individual user license manually without having to release all users through an IIS re-set.

This is particularly importand as DocuWare have removed the Time-Out option for the Web Client!

A tool that shows the current license usage will become available with 6.7. For this version a releasing of licences will not be possible yet. This is a reasonable potential future improvement.
