Make highlighted fulltext results available in URL Integration for Viewer and Result List & Viewer integration types
Currently, when performing a Fulltext search using either the Viewer or Result List & Viewer integration types for URL Integration, the results will not have the fulltext terms highlighted.
This works correctly when using the Search, Result List & Viewer integration type, so it should work as well with the other types.

Manderin Language Support
Please can you add Manderin into the official supported languages for Web Apps, Desktop Apps, web Config and OCR extractions.
Manderin is one of the widely used languages out there and although you support Chinese there are differences

Consolidate duplicate suggestions in user voice
Have someone consolidate the user voice suggestions to reduce duplicate entries and add links to different language versions of the same suggestion.

Need to come up with a way to retrieve accidentally deleted invoices
The issue is once the items are deleted accidentally, there is no way to get them back from Dcuware. It would be great to come up with a way to allow the user to be able to retrieve deleted invoices. Oterwise, we have to wait until we're told it's past due which is horrible.

How about a searchable SDK manual or document
The online document is not searchable. pdf version or .doc version will help the developers for the API integration and reduce the support ticket.

Support fo rthe .Net Core or Test and support if the SDK is compatible with the .NetCore
I would line to have the support for the .net core clients support who interface to the SDK 7.

DocuSign or other E-signature integration
An integration with a legally binding e-signature provider would be a strong thing to feature. As we build our KSEM and HR use cases, e-sig will come up often.

Send alert when available open storage space has gotten to 100 MB, to allow necessary action to be taken.
For Cloud based users, send an alert to Admin, advising open available storage is now limited to 100 MB. Either more space must be purchased or documents must be deleted.

Integration with MS Teams
Our prospect is currently making decisions on their future road-map regarding their document management needs and requirements. They have seen a demo of the Docuware Solution and love the workflows and capabilities of Docuware. What they have requested is if DW will integrate with MS Teams/One Drive in the future. Date as Match Code in DW6.11 Autoindex
Prior to DW6.11, index fields of type date would appear as options for match codes. In DW6.11 date fields no longer appear in the file cabinet's list to be chosen for matching to other values, in file cabinets or databases. This needs to be restored, that is:

Pro Active hotfix pack installation
It is consensual that the HFpacks should be installed.
Instead of spending a lot of time (and the need to remember to do it) looking for the latest HFpack, it would be very nice that regularly DW could show, somehow, even in the administrator, that a new HFpack is available.
Then the administrator could decide when to install it.

HTTP Documentation for REST API
Release a Documentation on HTTP layer for the REST API described at http://help.docuware.com/sdk/platform/html/66b2ed1e-2aef-452a-97cd-5014bbf0242b.htm.
The DocuWare Knowledge Center states about the release of Docuware 6.8:
With the release of the REST interface "DocuWare Platform Service" the communication between DocuWare and costum application is remodeled. Ultimately, the applications must be updated to use the new interface.

It would be nice to see an example on how to do an simple login using the "REST API" in PHP(curl) or jQuery(Ajax)
Please don't point me to documentation as it is poorly documented....

I suggest that you provide which version of MySQL 5.X certified to be used as external database as the document only mentions MySQL 5.X
In the Docuware document, there is only reference says MySQL 5.X is supported for external database. But MySQL has been evolving in every major version and some features might be expired/unavailable anymore in newer version. Thus this makes it difficult for end users to confidently decide to use existing MySQL 5.6 or 5.7 for Docuware index store. Any idea if MySQL 5.6 or 5.7 supported to be external database by Docuware?

Keyword table instead of field
It would be very helpful if you could add some kind of table data as index criteria to a document. In a lot of workflows, for example an incoming invoice process, users need to allocate multiple amounts on specific cost centers or accounts.
At the moment it is only possible to add multiple keyword fields which then can contain multiple data entries but the single entries are not linked to each other.

Provide feature to manange users, groups, roles and profiles, for example create a new user on especific organization and set/remove the roles, groups etc, delete users, change password.

Need way of tracking files that get deleted.
You can delete documents before they get indexed.
It would be good to be able to search these documents or go into a recycle bin like Windows does.You also can't separate delete access from edit access. If you need employees to add notes you can't take away their delete access.
There is also no way to search documents that have been deleted, which seems like an unnecessary security risk.
It seems like a basic function that is missing from the program that would benefit all your clients.
3 votesDeletion is always possible, but you can set up right profiles which do not allow deletion. Some customers use Stamps and Index filter profiles to achieve the result that you are searching for.
And edit and delete access are two different rights in a file cabinet.
