2. I suggest that the auto increment value in Forms, increase when the form is submit, not before.

   Thank you for your idea.
   Unfortunately, this functionality was added to be absolutely sure, that this number is used twice. This way the number will always be higher than the previous ones, but there might be not used numbers.
