"Unspecified Error" Pop-Up Should Automatically Stop Scanning
An error that frequently occurs with DW while scanning pops up a dialogue box that reads: "An unspecified error has occurred. Please refer to the logging for further details." The dangerous part about this error is that pages will still be going through the scanner normally; yet they will not actually be scanned into DW after the error message pop-up. This results in me having to manually stop the scanning process, find where DW left off in the document, and restart the process from there. The risk of losing multiple pages of a document would be eliminated if scanning was automatically stopped when the "Unspecified Error" occurs.

Unspecified error in Windows 10/11?
Open the File and Folder Troubleshooter
Run a System File Checker scan
Take ownership of the folder
Clean boot Windows
Edit the folder’s name in PowerShell
Extract compressed files with archiver software
Use a different user accountHope This Works,
