Under Anonymous access and authentication control, click Edit. Make sure the Anonymous access check box is not selected and that Integrated Windows > authentication is the only selected check box.

Step 2: From the left side panel clicks on Lock Screen and select Screen saver settings.
Step 3: From the drop-down bar under the screen saver select an option.
Step 4: Check the box On the resume, display the logon screen, and change the number to 5 in the Wait box.
Step 5: Click on Apply, and OK.

Go to Administrative Tools, click Local Security Policy. Expand Local Policy, click User Rights Assignment. In the right pane, right-click Log on as a service and select Properties. Click Add User or Group option to add the new user.Regards,

Enter your email address and select Connect. If your screen looks different, enter your name, email address, and password, and select Next.
If prompted, enter your password and select OK.

Your idea has been added to our backlog. We are now further investigating the idea.

Uncheck the box at the bottom in the Comments section you will see a check box labeled Print Comments.
Click on OK to close the preferences window.
Now all of your documents going forward will print out without the annotations on the document.This May Work,

Thank you for your idea. Right now we are focusing on other topics, so we are not considering this idea for future releases. If the demand for this topic increases, we might add it to future plans.

This requires print queues (sometimes referred to as “printers” or “drivers”) to be set up on each computer for each printer.
