Permissions to create and configure user stamps
When it is marked in the permissions so that the user cannot create or manage stamps that does not appear in the configuration part this option to the user

Show document Count in Baskets by default
Very simple to show number of documents in each basket by default, instead of having to do a mouseover... in fact it is more interesting to view document count than size.
Furthermore, a summary with the total size and document count on top of the page would be great!

Get xml file with invoice importacions
It would be a good option to be able to scan files to Docuware and automatically generate an xml file to be able to work this file in other systems

Add Portrait and Landscape options on Forms. If the lines are too wide they are compressed to fit into the portrait format.

But one notice on that: Try using landscape merge forms to receive a document in landscape format.

Create Sectional Header in Store Dialog
If the store dialog has many fields 50+, it would be useful to the end-user to have it in sections with sectional headers

Create forms with a organization template
like a fusion into "form of fusion" with "traditional forms". For example, I upload the PDF template file and add items on this template to capture information. In this way, the user of a web client looks at a friendly interface.

Merge and Web Form
We have several forms where part of the data gets merged onto a filled out form that we give to the client, and the rest of the information is lost. I've worked around this by creating a basic word document to hold on to the excess information that is only used internally, however it would be nice if it was possible to use the merge form for the information you want on to a specific document, AND the web form layout that captures ALL the data.

Separate permissions focused on export option
In new versions we suggest that download, print and e-mail options be separate in the management of docuware profiles. These options should not be focused on the "export" option. For our organization these separate options would give a better control of permissions on users and is very necessary.

Forms signature via DW/AD credentials for forms
Forms signature control that uses DocuWare/AD credentials to confirm the user. This is standard functionality in many eForms systems

Allow to use stamp at decision level and not task level
It would be great if we could have the possibility to select an option : if one of the decision of the task should have a stamp and not another
For example : If i validate an invoice, stamp is placed
If i use the decision : request info is used, there is no need to place any stamp on the invoice.Options are currently very limited regarding task stamps

Add Security assertion markup language (SAML) Support
To be able to integrate DocuWare in an architecture where SSO is implement with SALM V2 protocol , DocuWare needs to implement such protocol.
This would be a major improvement for On Premise and also Cloud architecture to provide simple and standardize way for SSO service
For instance the Azure Architecture supports SAML 2.0

Creating reports in DocuWare administration
It is very important to create custom reports about users including role, profile, and group assignment, user permissions on each file cabinet. It is an added value in DocuWare administration for auditing purpose and PCI compliance.

In WorkFlow, conditional field show
For example:
If DocType ="invoice" then SHOW field "Total Invoice".

You can use a condition before the task and then use two different tasks. This seems to be a little more complicated, but structures the workflow easier readable and makes the single tasks less difficult to configure.

Allow DocuWare Forms to be submitted to a Document Tray
Currently, DocuWare Forms do not inherit File Cabinet field masks such as a Social Security Number regex validation. If a DocuWare Form could be submitted to a Document Tray instead of a File Cabinet, then I could use the store dialog to enforce the input and finish up the form. There's plenty of other reasons as well.

Make own reports regarding invoices awaiting approval
Would be good if there was a function where you could make your own reports with reference to invoices on hold within the DocuWare system.

Add the Org Admin role as an administrator to all new configurations/doc trays/file cabinets by default
The Org Admins should have admin access to all newly created configs/doc trays/file cabinets and not have to track down the creator when something needs to be changed. The role can be removed from Admin for sensitive documents, but it should be opt-out instead of opt-in.

Disabling "Allow Filtering" should not also kill select lists
In DocuWare 6.9 File Cabinet Search Dialogs, unchecking the "Allow Filtering" option also disables all select lists for that field except for the Standard Select List. Why? When the option is checked in the Admin Tool, it is enabled by default in the DW Web Client. This forces users who use the drop down list to first uncheck the "Filtering" option in the index field while searching in order to select an entry whenever the Standard Select list is not being used.

Addition of Video format file to play videos from the file cabinet
Docuware should create an avenue where video files could be played from the file cabinet, whether from the file cabinet or playing outside Docuware.
