allow a merge form to be created based on content of a form
I have several merge forms that may or may not be needed depending on the content of a form. For example I have 2 consent forms that are identical the only difference is the county. I would like to use 1 form and then have a checkbox for the county and it use the data from that checkbox to determine which merge form to complete.

This is a great idea. We have an application that needs to use a supplemental merge form if a box is checked. Perhaps this could be implemented as a "merge form behavior" similar to the existing field behavior options.
