Enhance the User Sychronization v2 tool to be able to handle larger LDAP customers.
since the v1 User Sync tool, that worked in large LDAP accounts, was removed from v7.10, large LDAP User Sync's cannot be done. It fails. This needs to be updated/replaced with a tool that can handle large LDAP or change the way it extracts the information.
