  1. Add functionality to display formatting from the "Review Changes: Markup All" feature in Microsoft Word

    As of DocuWare 7.11, DocuWare is only able to display "Simple Markups" from Microsoft Word, even if Markup All is selected.

  3. Improve the display time of Error Message : Workflow Validation Error message

    The currently displayed error message disappears immediately after it appears.
    Users need time to review error messages. They can't even take screenshots.

    We would like this display time to be a little longer.

  4. Set custom boxes background

    Some users have differents research boxes in the same tray. But these boxes are very similar (sames fields with 1 or 2 prefilled fields).
    They often don't see they are not in the right box for their research.
    If we could set a background color for the differents boxes in a same tray it would be helpfull for users.

  5. Add the ability to adjust the layout of the preview pane to be above or below the tray.

    To better fit on a Portrait mode monitor, please add a setting to the preview pane to switch it from being next to the tray to being either below or above the tray. This will allow for a much higher density of information in a single window with the preview pane when viewing on a portrait monitor, which is popular for document viewing.

  7. SNS OCCAR NO.

    It would be really helpful for the whole community to be able to track in real time the value of the SNS OCCAR number pretended for their division, and to add an alert that informs the user after a week, for example, of any missing SNS OCCAR number.

    Cuando uso la API para actualizar un indice de un documento y tengo asociado un autoindex que se ejecuta de manera inmediata cuando se actulice, esto no funciona en este caso.

  12. add previous week day (work day) to the document store date dropdown

    gives you the ability to email yourself a report of document types from the previous day/ previous workday.
