Organization
Our organization uses a tray that is visible to several users. In new DW, other users are unable to see documents sitting in the shared tray. The only person who can see them is the person who put them there. This is a critical problem.

Unable to change the tray view in new DW. I personally find the list view useless. Please add the index card view option.

Allow for Duplicate Detection from the Tray
Intelligent Indexing already captures information like the Vendor and Invoice Number. Why not allow for Duplicate Detection starting with the Tray. Even if the Related link is made available, that would be helpful

Nur Ablagedialoge des Briefkorbes/Archivs anzeigen
Wir haben viele verschiedene Ablagedialoge im Einsatz. Wenn User Berechtigungen auf mehrere Archive und Briefkörbe haben, ist das eine sehr unübersichtliche Liste an Dialogen. Es wäre toll, wenn es möglich wäre, nur die Ablagedialoge anzuzeigen, die auch zu dem momentan ausgewählten Briefkorb bzw. Archiv gehören.
So wäre diese Liste etwas übersichtlicher.1 vote -
Option to attach a document with a paperclip only on one side of the original document
Hello,
When attaching a document from the file cabinet with a paperclip to a document in the tray, we have the option to choose whether the document from the tray should be placed before or after the original document.
For the functional needs of some clients, it would be helpful to be able to restrict one of these two options for end users (for example, only allowing a document to be clipped AFTER the original document).
This would prevent having to review each document to put them in the correct order.

Bestimmte Archivfelder sollten in Briefkörben vorbelegt werden können.
Für bestimmte Prozesse ist es hilfreich einen eigenen Briefkorb zu haben um dort separiert Dokumente zu sammeln, die später geheftet oder geklammert werden sollen. Z.B. Freigaben oder Signaturen. Damit eine entsprechende Aufgabe an den/die Zuständigen ausgelöst wird muss ein Workflow getriggert werden, was am besten über ein technisches Hilfsfeld funktioniert.
Es ist möglich, bei der Ablage in eigene Importordner bestimmte Felder der Ablagemaske vorzubelegen, aber nicht im Briefkorb. Dort wäre diese Funktion m.E. aber sinnvoller aufgehoben, dann könnten Dokumente aus unterschiedlichen Briefkörben gesammelt werden, im entsprechenden Briefkorb z.B. "Freigabebriefkorb" bearbeitet werden und beim Ablegen würde automatisch der entsprechende zum Briefkorb…1 vote -
Benachrichtigung beim verschieben von Dokumenten in anderen Briefkorb
Beim verschieben von Dokumenten aus einem Briefkorb in einen anderen Briefkorb sollte es die Möglichkeit geben. Eine Nachricht an eine Person X auslösen zu können oder die entsprechende Person pro Briefkorb hinterlegen zu können, damit diese dann eine Nachricht erhält, damit da Dokument nicht über Tage unbearbeitet im Briefkorb liegt.

Logging in Briefkörben
Es wäre hilfreich am archivierten Dokument zu sehen, auf welchem Weg das Dokument in docuware gelangt ist. So könnte man bspw. auch nachverfolgen wie Fake-Rechnungen ins Archiv gelangen.

As document tray is a part of Docuware system, we need an audit fonctionnality.
As part of our continuous improvement process, we have identified the need to strengthen your DocuWare configuration regarding audit trail management and supporting document retention.
Currently, some document types arrived in document tray without complete traceability. This creates gaps in the reliable audit trail and limits our ability to retrieve and validate records efficiently during internal reviews or audits.

E-Rechnung: Dokumentengröße im Briefkorb
Moin,
wir haben einen aktuellen Featurevorschlag: Anzeige der Dokumentengröße im Briefkorb, evtl. auch mit Hinweisflag. Hintergrund der Problematik ist das manche Lieferanten E-Rechnungen mit vielen Anhängen verschicken, die landen dann im Briefkorb und werden abgelegt. Durch die schirre Maße an Anhängen ist das Volumen der E-Rechnung zu hoch über 30 MB. Das führt später einfach zu Problemen, die einfache Lösung wäre die Anzeige der Dokumtengröße im Briefkorb, dadurch kann vor der Ablage schon das Dokument als solches erkannt werden und Rücksprache mit dem Lieferanten erfolgen. Was natürlich darüber hinaus ebenfalls wichtig wäre, ist das trennen der E-Rechnung und Anhänge, wobei…

Einzelne Teile eines Dokuments im Briefkorb löschen
Die Email eines dokuments wird nach dem Ablegen in mehrere Einzelteile zerlegt. PDF im Anhang (OK), die Email selbst (OK), mehrere Grafiken/Icons als einzelne Seite aus der EMail (nicht OK).
Es wäre geschickt, wenn sich diese Einzelseiten noch im Briefkorb löschen lassen könnten.

Retain the Tray Stored On Date as a System Date
The date a document is captured, before stored in the cabinet, needs to be saved as a new System Date.

Amending DocuWare Document Tray Copy Tool
Regarding document trays, when the "Copy" button is selected, the users are not copied over from the tray. The copy button seems pointless when you can just create a new tray and direct this to the same cabinet.

Erweiterung der Briefkorb-Einstellungen – Suche nach Benutzern, Rollen und Gruppen
Hallo zusammen,
es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn man in den Briefkorb-Einstellungen gezielt nach Benutzern, Rollen und Gruppen suchen könnte. Aktuell ist es bei einer großen Anzahl von Briefkörben sehr aufwendig, manuell zu prüfen, welche Benutzer Zugriff haben – insbesondere wenn die Berechtigungen direkt einzelnen Benutzern zugewiesen wurden und nicht über Rollen.
Zusätzliche Vorschläge zur Verbesserung:
In den Benutzereinstellungen sollte sichtbar sein, auf welche Briefkörbe der Benutzer Zugriff hat.
Beim Kopieren von Benutzern sollten auch direkt vergebene Briefkorb-Zugriffe mit kopiert werden (nicht nur über Rollen).
Allein die Möglichkeit zur gezielten Suche in den Berechtigungen würde die tägliche Arbeit wesentlich erleichtern.

The automatic storing option must use the store dialog that is assigned per document tray, not the default store dialog as currently
Using intelligent indexing in three document trays with three store dialogs, each with its own document type, after extracting the indexes per document tray, it must click store automatically to save time with the bulk of bills when storing, but this will use the default store dialog defined in the file cabinet and will not use the store dialog that is already set in the document tray!

Connect a resultdialog to a Document Tray
If you store a document via de Connect 2 outlook for instance (or copy form a file cabinet) and you have indexes entered (manually or intelligent indexing) you want to see the indexes in the listview. Is it possible to assign a result dialog to a Document Tray? This will give a confguration option that will help de users to process the documents faster.

Be able to configure several intelligent indexing storage dialog boxes on the same tray
Currently, we can only configure one storage dialog box using intelligent indexing per tray, but some users store all their documents in their default btray but have to use different dialog boxes depending on the type of document, which means that 1 the administrator has to create other buckets with permission management and 2 the user has to move the document to this other bucket in order to be able to use the appropriate intelligent indexing dialog box.
