Import users in bulk to DocuWare cloud system
Very important for CUSTOMERS to be able to import large numbers of users directly to the cloud system.

You can now conveniently synchronize users and groups from your domain with your DocuWare Cloud system via LDAP using the new User Synchronization app.

Where do we find out how to do this? Telling us it is possible isn't helpful. Our rep just tells us to do it manually

This is possible through the API right now. Professional Services has developed solutions for both bulk import to On Premise/Cloud, as well as limited AD Sync abilities for Cloud.

On premise I have my system set to sync with Active Directory. It is mind boggeling to me that I can sync file cabinets with the cloud but I can't sync users. Worse yet I can't import them either. How is it that I can import a select list with a csv file but I can't import users?

This would be very useful during configuration, not only in the cloud, but, also on premise.
