Now a field is required or not.
In our case, HR needs to store a document and can choose to index through NAME, ID, EMPLOYEE ID... but I cannot make all required because it would defeat the idea of efficiency, but they should be allowed to fill AT LEAST 1 of the 3 to be valid.
Some sort of validation, that would allow only 1 of the 3 required fields to be indexed..??? just ideas...

By the way, only 1 data field is required for us, since we have autoindex on the back fulfilling the rest of the fields. This happens also in Invoice storing... where I only require VAT Code or Company Name... and the autoindex or workflow fills all the rest...
