Stop forcing alphabetical sorting of Select Lists.
We can create Select Lists grouped and arraigned in the order that makes sense to the user. But DocuWare insists on resorting the list in alphabetical order. PLEASE STOP DOING THIS!
Now we have to create Select Lists with numeric prefixes to force our sort order. Then the users have to memorize a complete list of prefixes, to allow rapid data entry. They should be able to just start typing the description and have it appear, but be able to pick from a sensibly ordered list if the they need help.

This is needed 100%. Can't have April as the first month and not everyone will like having the numbers as a workaround.

There should be at least two options for the sorting of select lists. One is alphabetical. The other is chronological, which means a FIFO or LIFO order. That would effectively manage keeping line item values stored in separate fields in sync as they would logically be added from item 1 to item x, especially if feed by an import process or some sort of data feed.

It needs to be user configurable. User selected order OR alphabetical.

A quick workaround for this is to add numbers to the select list 01-January, 02-February...

It really sucks having April being the first month of the year according to Docuware.
