Add time settings to auto refresh option of lists
Add the option to lists to refresh at certain intervals. Not having this option has a big speed impact and results in document selection jumps during refresh.

Docuware forms should have a table field that indexes a table index field
In docuware 7.1 there is a new index field type of table. This is great except it isn't all that useful without being able to automatically enter data into the table. Our purchase order requests for example have to index a quantity, price, description, and 2 accounting codes for each line item. So currently, I have a spreadsheet that I print into docuware with a print configuration and it indexes each of those items so it can be used to import into our accounting system. I can't index the table items with the print configuration. According to your documentation page…

Forms: Select List of Users should not show deactivated Users
We're using a dropdown on forms for the user to select their username. Unfortunately, the list shows EVERY user that has ever been created, even though several are deactivated. DocuWare should provide the means to only show Activated users.

Any chance that your login page could support a Federated Service option like ADFS?
I'm curious if Docuware could be configured to allow a Federated Service login such as ADFS, so that we could support multiple external clients without having to create them internal AD accounts

Substitute the message "No se ha encontrado ninguna entrada" for "No se ha encontrado ninguna entrada que empiece por ese término""
In the Spanish version, when searching for documents in any indexed field a message pops out under the searching line saying "No se ha encontrado ninguna entrada". That message is incorrect, it should say "No se ha encontrado ninguna entrada que empiece por ese término" which is what it is really happenning.
I makes people think that there will be no results if they look for that word and they get upset, but they are mistaken / mislead.1 voteThank you for your contribution.

Allow importing multiple faled with warning jobs at once
Sometimes multiple import jobs result in warnings with the files not imported. It would save time if we could resubmit all or selected jobs at once instead of one at a time.

Autoindex Scheduler Needs More Timing Options
In 7.0 the web based autoindex scheduler only allows for selecting starting times on the even hours ... 1:00, 2:00, 3:00 ... somtimes I want jobs to start at 5 after the hour so that other non-DocuWare processes can happen on the external database side. This used to be possible when scheduling was done in the admin application, please bring it back for the web based scheduler.

Build Dynamic Forms with DW Forms
Is there a way to build dynamic forms with the forms component of DW?
E.g. someone enters a serial number, and depending on that serial number, we show specific information related to that serial number.47 votesThank you for your idea!
With upcoming version 7.6, the forms module will support "Multi Column Select Lists". This means:
- Assign multi-column-select-lists to dropdowns
- configure filters between dropdowns
- autofill a dropdown in case filtering leads to only one remaining value

Allow customization of email address in Docuware Cloud notifications
Change the "Docuware Notification / noreply@docuware.cloud" to a custom name and email address. This can be based on tasks or a global setting.

...so that we do not have to create it from scratch. That way we could edit the copy for use in a different file cabinet.

Smart Index - Make Functionality Similar to Document Processing Select Text Options
It would be very helpful if we were able to use the "after known character(s), before known character(s), between known character(s), between separator" options when configuring the Smart Index settings. These are available within Document Processing but for some reason when using Smart Index to OCR another screen there is no way to set the field values with this type of logic.
The other web based applications we have configured for the Smart Index may display headers and sections of data that vary in length, based upon each value. For example, our claims system always pulls up a "header" section…

Ability to pre-populate Today's Date on forms
Most of the forms we have set up have Today's Date. Our staff and users have been asking to have this prepopulated with... today's date.

Bring back option to filter preceding spaces
Before the upgrade in version 7, the autoindex workflows were able to filter preceding spaces on entries coming from a GP database. This was disabled and either removed or hidden in the workflow changes made with the Version 7 update. These spaces are causing issues with reporting and searches within docuware due to their inconsistent nature and currently, a team member has to go through every document to ensure that the spaces are removed in the linked fields.
Please bring this feature back as part of the auto-index workflow setup.

If the option “Drop leading blanks” is enabled for the appropriate file cabinet field, preceding spaces are automatically removed, regardless of how the index entry was set.

AIX prompts for Admin password too many times
When you edit an AutoIndex workflow in version 7.0, you are prompted for the Admin password although you are logged in as Admin already. Why doesn't DocuWare remember that I am already logged in as Admin and don't prompt again. It's very annoying to having to provide credentials so many times if I'm editing multiple AIX workflows.

Allow a copy paste with hotkey from smartconnect
As the smartConnect configuration might be sometimes a bit tricky, due to different screensizes, I think it would be nice to be able to overlight a text in an application, and then use a hotkey to read it and use it in a search dialog.

have you tried the “Current selection” option in Smart Connect?When you define your search you can add a “dynamic entry” to your Indexfield. There you can select “Currentselection”.
With this function you will be able to search for the string that is selected in the application.

If, when filing via DocuWare Forms, I assign a filing mask in which the field for entering an email address is restricted to a correct email address via a field mask, this field mask is not taken into account when the form is placed in the archive.
