Docuware Import should be available as a windows service
We do not allow service accounts to login to our servers (for security purposes) so having to run Docuware Import as an application is very annoying since every time the user logs out the job stops. Everything that needs to run constantly in an "enterprise-grade' application should not be run as a windows user.

Thank you for your contribution. DocuWare Import was always a Windows Service and run even without a user logged in.

DW Import actually is part of the Windows Service called "DocuWare Desktop Service" and runs background. Running the actual Desktop App is only required to configure, start and stop the specific configurations.
This is already a feature, therefore, this should have been a support ticket instead of a uservoice post.
