Memo field in Workflow Manager
At the moment you can add a comment with max. 255 characters. In some reasons this is not enough, and it would be great if also the memo field can be used in the Workflow Manager.

Hi everyone,
this is POSSIBLE right now.
1. get document ID to a GV
2. update index value via file cabinet (where DWDOCID = GV_DocID) and use Memo field as target
3. done :)
4. you can also use this inside web service (it lists under index fields) -

It would be so great. I need to clear a memo field in a Workflow, and I can't. That's really uncomfortable for a tool like Docuware in 2022.

Hello my company have a problem beacuse we cant add textarea to form.
One line field is not enough to write for example explenation why we do NOT accept an invoiceWe van add NOTE (textarea) type variable in FileCabinet, but in Workflow there is not such option, so whtis value is transformed to one line field

It could be very nice to add memo field in workflow form. It's the only index type that we can't use at this time in the workflow, so this kind of index is not very usefull.

Within the workflow designer, for the 'assign data', the possibility to assign data to a field of the type 'Memo', which allow to have more than 255 characters.
