    Leider passiert es viel zu oft, dass Kunden statt „Ablage“, fälschlicherweise einen Datensatz erstellen.
    Anschließend können Sie damit nichts anfangen. Workflows mit Stempel funktionieren hier auch nicht.
    Ich schule es bei jeder Schulung und trotzdem passiert es viel zu oft.
    Bitte eine Berechtigung für „Datensatz erstellen“ einführen, wie das Recht „Ablegen“.
    Oder über Archiveinstellung regeln (wie Fulltext haken).

    Von unseren Kunden wir oft angefragt, ob auch ein Filter auf mehrere Werte pro Feld möglich ist.
    Das wäre z.B. mit einer OR Verknüpfung möglich (laut DocuWare Support gibt es aktuell keine Möglichkeit).

    Damit wären die Aufgaben in bestimmten Konstellationen wesentlich transparenter.
    Man könnte nach mehreren Prüfer/Abteilungen oder auch nach mehreren Kunden filtern.
