Add ability to filter multi column select lists on a fixed entry
A Multi Column select list should have the option to set the filter field to a fixed value. For instance I wan't the select list locked down to only show field Document Number that have a Status = 'complete'. Please make this available in forms as well.

I'd also like to do this with a variable. For instance I have several multi-select lists that have a common field - Facility. But the only way to use them would be to combine them into a larger multi-select list. For instance I have a list of Pay type codes and a list of Supervisors. At the top of the form the facility is chosen and I am using that to pull the pay types. I'd like to also limit the Supervisor list to the facility as well.
