Import CSV into Index Table
We use DocuWare to manage our incoming invoice process. As part of the workflow, accountants must populate the allocation lines in an index table, see the attached screenshot. In some cases, an invoice may require more than 80 allocation lines.
Manually entering these lines is very time-consuming and prone to errors.
As a result, in such cases users bypass the DocuWare process and enter the invoice directly into the finance system, which reduces process consistency and traceability.
We would like the ability to import CSV files directly into an Index Table, automatically creating and populating the table rows. This would significantly reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and help keep the complete invoice process within DocuWare.
