Page Resizing While Viewing Multi-Page Documents
I've created an E-Form allowing photos to be added as attachments. When it comes into DocuWare, the first page (the form) looks great, but the second page (the photo) is very large. If I resize the photo down, and switch back to the first page, the document is tiny. It would be helpful if you could do something about this, either resize photos to fit the window automatically, or allow each page to be sized independently.

Add a 'filter' view to the workflow task list (or a second level of grouping for tasks)
This idea was sent to my by a customer: It would be great if we could have 2 level of organization for the task. If you had a primary name and a secondary name DW could display all tasks with the primary name in one tab and when you click on it, you would have a drop down of all secondary names. It could be very useful for us as we do have many offices that have the same task. In this example, we have 2 main tasks (Small Bills and Supplier Invoice) . Most users have access to one…

Multiple Choice option in Form Tasks
I.e. A user is tasked with scheduling a delivery/service time with a customer. We schedule blocks of time with our customers (8 AM- 11 AM, 11 AM- 2 PM, or 2 PM- 5 PM). It would be nice to give the user those three options within their form task and select the option that they scheduled with the customer. I can think of a million other uses but this is just one example. Or at least, a block time value field, like date, date & time, etc.

Make a button to delete all rows from a TABLE variable type
Hello,
When Inteligent Indexing are filling values to TABLE there should be an option to RESET only rows in table, not all inteligent indexing fields.
Reading tables its not easy task to do, there areoften mistakes so when I have like 30 rows I dont want to click "-" in the end of every row

Storing Directly into DocuWare
Provide the ability to save documents into DocuWare in their native format. Presently, the only way I know is to import or print to DocuWare printer. Importing adds a step to storage and printing to DocuWare printer saves a PDF format, not a Word, Excel or PowerPoint format.

There is an increasing need to add this to systems that handle documents. In older versions we had these certificates linked to the electronic stamp, I would like to have the functionality of stamping a document showing the installed certificates / token to link this in the document, this would solve major problems in the flow of documents in companies. By default for every Job a tray notification will be shown (default value is “Info”) where the DocuWare Desktop Apps are installed. This tray notifications will reduce the performance. To lower the CPU/RAM load it is possible to change the tray notification level.

Document Splitting Name Issue
When using the splitting feature while scanning batches of documents, it would be nice if the document naming used _01, _02 etc so that the documents could be sorted by the name in the tray for indexing in the same order in which they were scanned.

When you split by a fixed number of pages the number naming is depending on the amount of documents resulting from the split (if there are more than ten documents: it will be two digits numbering). This is not possible when splitting by content.
There is another way however:
In “Indexing” you can select a Dynamic entry called that can be used/added as indexing term which will result in the numbering 0000001, 0000002…
If you enter this entry in the field that is used as document name in the File Cabinet (of the store dialog used) it will also be displayed as a document name in the Document tray.

Massapproval
Mass approval or Massengenehmigung im Workflow erwünscht. Wenn eine Reihe von Dokumente zur Genehmigung anstehen und diese ausreichend bekannt sind, wäre eine Massengenehmigung erwünscht.

Ability to 'unstamp' a document once it's been stamped
Self explanatory. Sometimes documents are 'stamped' incorrectly and it would be nice to be able to delete the stamp.

Your idea is already available if the stamp is set to be saved manually. Then you can set the stamp and remove it again before saving. When you close the document, you are asked about saving the stamp or you can click the save button. -
Include Link to Task when Reassigning Workflow Item
As a manager in a company with a lot of workflow process I often reassign workflow tasks to my delegates in the web client by using the right click option to "Reassign Task". I really like that this option by default automatically sends an email to my delegate, however that email does not contain a link to the item. For my delegates it would be very useful if the reminder email could include a link to the workflow task that I am reassigning to them.

Please publish release notes
When DocuWare releases an update, it would be VERY beneficial to have a copy of the release notes before installing the updates. A 'What's New' section is great, but we get tired of vendors saying 'this should fix the problem' when they themselves do not have the release notes either.

Workflows: Changes to Workflow creates new list tab
We have workflow lifecycle that runs for about 6 or more months, if there is a problem with the workflow, we correct it, then it creates a new workflow version, leaving the "faulty" workflows in the flawed workflow,
it would be nice to migrate these workflows into the corrected workflow, the other issue it creates same named tabs for each version with active workflows, now we have 6 versions, 6 tabs in the user tasks and no way to distinguish the workflow version, also the user is not able to stop workflow and the workflow docid is not visible at…1 voteThank you for your contribution.
