Allow block to file system
In previous DocuWare versions you could block a document from the file cabinet to the Desktop for instance. Then you could work on this file and then import and unblock the document in DocuWare. In 6.6 you only can block to the Document tray.

Do not include read only indexes from workflow form on stamp.
Displaying instructions and read only index fields on the form is convenient, but when using a stamp these fields are included in the stamp making the stamp too large. The values haven’t changed and don’t need to be in the stamp.

Autofill form fields from last submitted form
If there was a way to autofill form fields based on the last submitted form, that would allow multiple similar forms to be submitted in a much smaller time frame.

Editable Form
We would like to have editable Forms. For example I send a vacation request, but I made a mistake and want to change my request, and so on...

Form design option
It would be nice to create the form layout. Instead of just stacking field by field on top of each other. This makes the form seem extremely long and overwhelming to users.

I suggest that the auto increment value in Forms, increase when the form is submit, not before.
Because if I clouse the form and I open again, I lose my sequence number.

Provide a landing page for forms to be published to and/or ability to generate from client
Currently the only way to generate a form is to go to the specific form URL. Would be nice to be able to generate from the client (merge data ability with currently selected document?) and/or publish to a forms portal.

Allow Wildcard (*) Searching in Workflow Task Form Field Select List
When filling in a field in a store or search dialogue, the user can use the wildcard character * to search for a sub-string. For instance, if a field's select list contains the value "Test Field Value 12345", the user can type "*12345" and the select list dropdown will return all values that contain 12345 within them.
This does NOT work on select lists for workflow task form fields. It would be helpful if we could use wildcards to narrow down select lists on workflow task form fields and not just the dialogues.

Workflow reasign button hide
In current version (6.8) it is not possible to remove/hide reasign button. Each user can reasing task in every step of the process even though it is not allowed in process. Also users can see all roles, groups and users of current organisation which is unnacceptable and it is stopping workflows. Admin should have option to remove this button (show/hide), at least that.

filter multi-column select lists in the new table field based on the value of another field
Really happy to see the new table field. It would be great to add the capability to filter the select lists that are in the table based on the value of another field in the dialog. eg. The user picks "Accounting" from the department field and DocuWare filters the GL codes in the select lists in the table field to only show the GL codes tied to the accounting department. Adding this capability to the new table field would provide a more consistent user experience across the platform.

copy and paste OCR Result outside Docuware
Would be great, if you can use the OCR Results from the Docuware Viewer outside from Docuware. Copy Text from viewer and paste it outside Applications like Outlook or Word.

Allow sequencing of indexes in window
When I am in a workflow task and click the 'Show index entries' tool in the tool box, the list of indexes in the resulting box only shows indexes that are populated for this document they are also read only. This is nice. However, the sequence of the indexes in the window is random. I need to be able to control the sequence of the indexes for better usability.

LDAP Connection with DocuWare Cloud service
We have just signed a DocuWare Cloud Professional project and we discovered that is not possible to connect DocuWare Cloud with an LDAP server. In projects with a big number users is essential to have this feature...
That's my idea, developing the possibility to connect DW Cloud with an LDAP server.

Email date format in stored document when using connect to outlook
When you store an email using Connect to Outlook, the date format in the stored email document is in US format (MM/DD/YYYY), even though the customer is in UK. Could there be a setting that lets you change this date format?
Just to clarify, I am not talking about an index field. It is the date in the actual stored document (screenshot attached).

Workflow dynamic search (like datatable html5 search input)
Sometimes you can have a many hundreds of tasks in your workflow tab(s) but today you can only sort by ascending/descending collumn.
if you only want to check specific ones with some keywords or strings, just type for example the first letters of the supplier name supplier name and/or the invoice status and the list simply refresh with the query parameters set in the input(s)
You can set a unique search input or an input on top of each column as my screenshot suggest it
That's a pretty common feature when dealing with tables of data and could improve task…

CSV export of Table Data Type from result list
We need to export the information stored in tables. I propose that if a table is included in a result list and we export the index values of the result list that there would be one row for each row of table data.... with the other index fields repeating for each row of table data for that document. Example: Invoices that use table data to list mulitple GL codes. The invoice number, vendor name, total amount would repeat for each unique line of table data, then the next invoice document would start the same type format.
