Listas de selección. Consulta y exportación.
Dentro de "Ayuda para la indexación" en "Listas de selección" debería permitir exportar los datos incluidos en la misma. También debería permitir buscar y ordenar alfabéticamente.

I suggest that you increase the number of fields available for the "Custom Text Selection Only" option in Intelligent Indexing.
The current limit of two fields is often insufficient for our usage. Since OCR results are not always accurate, users frequently need to correct index values manually or select them from predefined lists before storing documents. As a result, there are cases where suggested values appear to be influenced by previously entered data rather than the actual text contained in the document.
To avoid this issue, multiple fields may need to be configured to learn only from One Click Indexing selections. However, the current limit of two fields does not provide enough flexibility to support these requirements.

Import CSV into Index Table
We use DocuWare to manage our incoming invoice process. As part of the workflow, accountants must populate the allocation lines in an index table, see the attached screenshot. In some cases, an invoice may require more than 80 allocation lines.
Manually entering these lines is very time-consuming and prone to errors.
As a result, in such cases users bypass the DocuWare process and enter the invoice directly into the finance system, which reduces process consistency and traceability.We would like the ability to import CSV files directly into an Index Table, automatically creating and populating the table rows. Einfügen der Multiplikation im Buchungsfeld (Betrag)
Es gibt ja jetzt die KI. Besteht daher die Möglichkeit in der Buchungsmaske im Feld Netto-/Bruttobetrag die Funktion so zu ändern, so dass man die einzelne Beträge multiplizieren kann.
Ich habe eine Rechnung mit mehreren unterschiedlichen Beträgen, die in der Rechnung Netto aufgelistet sind. Diese Beträge werden bislang immer manuell multipliziert werden und dann in die Buchungsmaske mit dem entsprechenden Sachkonto eingetragen werden.
Es ist im Navision möglich im Feld Betrag die Nettosumme*1,19 zu nehmen und hat somit die Endsumme.
Diese Funktion (wenn man sie im DocuWare auch integrieren kann) würde beim Verbuchen von Rechnungen im Navision Zeit sparen.1 vote -
When a URL is stored in an index field that is configured as read-only on the Index Edit screen
I would like to request a feature enhancement for the Index Edit screen.
When a URL is stored in an index field that is configured as read-only on the Index Edit screen, I would like users to be able to click the URL link and access the destination directly from that field.
Currently, URLs are displayed as clickable links only in the Result dialog. If clickable URL links were also available in read-only index fields on the Index Edit screen, users would be able to work more conveniently and efficiently.

Enable clickable URLs in index fields other than text-type fields
Currently, URLs in text-type index fields can be recognized as links and clicked to open the target page.
We would like the same functionality to be available in index fields other than text-type fields, especially table-type and keyword-type fields, so that users can click URLs directly in those fields as well.

Please add support for predefined entries in index editing screens of the List Dialog and Result Dialog
Please make it possible to specify predefined entries for specific index fields when opening the index editing screen from the List Dialog. Please also make the same functionality available in the Result Dialog.
Predefined entries can already be specified in the Store Dialog.

Allow administrators to set default column widths for table-type index fields
We would like to request a feature that allows administrators to preconfigure the width of each column in table-type index fields.
At present, users can manually resize the columns on the index editing screen and similar pages, and their settings are preserved after reloading the browser. However, administrators cannot define the default column widths in advance.
For better usability and consistency across users, we would appreciate the ability for administrators to set the initial width of each column beforehand.

When entering dates in a date field, as soon as a month value is entered, the day and year autofill with today's day and year.
If users want to insert today's date, they will type an 'x'. Having the system auto-filling today's day and year greatly increases the chance for errors.
PLEASE change the functionality of date fields to match all other popular programs. A date field should be one single field when entering and not 3 separate fields. Trying to edit a mistyped date is very tedious!

Request to Improve DocuWare Field Mask Validation to Detect and Reject Spaces
In the definition of DocuWare field masks, it is currently not possible to reject space characters.
According to the following community forum post, field masks are unable to properly evaluate or detect spaces.
We would like to request an enhancement to the DocuWare field mask definition so that it can include logic capable of detecting and validating inputs that contain spaces, such as half-width (ASCII) spaces.

Inteligent indexing Auslesequalität verbessern und mit Bestandsdaten aus dem Archiv anreichern
Es wäre prima, wenn die Auslesefähigkeiten von Inteligent Indexing weiter verbessert würden.
Eine direkte Anwendbarkeit von Inteligent Indexing auf Emails wäre praktisch.
Die Erkennungsgenauigkeit sollte weiter verbessert werden.
Wir importieren Emails in die Inboxen und legen von hier aus wegen geringerer Ladezeiten ab.
In den Betreffs unserer Mails werden ganz am Anfang des Betreffs Aktenzeichen mit Nummern vergeben, z.B. 1111/11 und ein weiterer Betreff mitgeteilt.Inteligent Indexing funktioniert hierbei nicht gut und liest regelmäßig in Antwortmails und weitergeleiteten Mails nichts oder falsche Betreffteile aus. Ein "anlernen" führt nicht zu zuverlässigen Ergebnissen.
Mit Zugriff auf das Archiv könnte die Treffergenauigkeit vlt…

Optionally restrict the model space per cabinet and / or document type

Please make it possible to use keywords and table fields in the Autoindex feature. Currently, Autoindex does not allow the use of keywords or table fields for data comparison. If these could be utilized, the system’s usability would be greatly enhanced.

Ensure Numeric Index Fields Always Accept Single-Byte Input Regardless of IME Mode
In the Japanese market, both full-width (2-byte) and half-width (1-byte) characters exist.
Currently, in DocuWare, when entering numbers into numeric index fields (such as in the store dialog), if the IME is in full-width mode, the input is not handled correctly.Although IME has a setting to force numeric input into half-width (1-byte), the IME input mode itself often remains in full-width (2-byte). Because of this dependency, correct numeric input cannot always be ensured.
Our request: For numeric fields, please implement a specification where numeric input is always treated as single-byte (1-byte), regardless of the IME mode or keyboard settings.

aktiviertes Schreiben im nächsten Feld sollte nach klicken im Feld möglich sein
Wenn man etwas in einem Beleg markiert, springt DocuWare ins nächste Feld.
Wenn man nacheinander im Dokument etwas anwählen will, ist es gut, aber unpraktisch, wenn man in diesem Feld dann schreiben möchte. Man muss erst aktiv mit der Maus in das Feld klicken, bevor man schreiben muss oder die Tab Taste drücken, weil man Felder überspringen kann/muss.

a href für Links in Indexfeld ermöglichen
In Version 7.12 ist in der Konfiguration - Sicherheit eine Möglichkeit vorhanden Externe URL´s zu aktivieren, damit in Indexfeldern die URL aktiv wird und per Klick sich öffnet. Da einige URL´s sehr lange sind wäre eine Integration von a href schön. Bedeutet https:\xxxx.de\xxx\xxx\test.hml wäre dann nur im Indexfeld TEST zu sehen mit dem Eintrag im Indexfeld <a href=" https:\\xxxx.de\xxx\xxx\test.hml">TEST</a>

"Text ersetzen" sinnvoll ergänzen
An verschiedenen Stellen kann man den Haken "Text ersetzen" setzen und eine Liste bauen, wie Text ersetzt werden soll. Dort gibt es einen Button, mit dem man eine Liste hochladen kann.
1. fehlt mir eine Info, in welchem Format die Liste gebaut werden muss (könnte in der Anleitung hinter dem "i" ergänzt werden).
2. kommagetrennt ist offenbar nicht richtig, jetzt hab ich eine riesige Liste mit falschen Ersetzungen, die ich nur einzeln löschen kann. Ein Knopf "Liste leeren" wäre großartig.1 vote -

Änderung von Werten in Stichwortfeldern
Ich möchte Stichwortfelder bereinigen und vermisse eine Funktion um falsche Werte durch richtige zu ersetzen. Da die Stichwortfelder neben den falschen Werten auch verschiedene andere Werte enthalten, ist ein pauschales Ersetzen der Inhalte nicht möglich.
